Our Maltipoo is 4 and has been groomed by 3 different groomer in Arkansas and Colorado - never had an issue Most places we have taken him take between 2-4 hours to groom - sadly our groomer here has cancer and can't groom anymore. I feel so bad for my dog to get that stressed Now I will need to look for another place to take him - after he's been so stressed out and not even groomed. We have had dogs for 30 years - never had someone call to say they kept our dog for over 5 hours then didn't even groom them.

They also said he acted up and charged me $15.00 extra for bad behavior. He's a small dog and has never been a problem to bathe before.
