Oh whoops forget to mention the warranty starts when unit was purchased 2019, less than a a year on parts and labor. Sandra then told me the unit new was $5400!!!!!! Full retail is $3200, She told me that was online price??? I despise being lied to, she said the unit had been used one week and returned, must have been a rough week????? lol Place is a dive, shop anywhere but there!!!!

While in the store, none of the three…read moreworkers asked if our group needed help.Instead, they all stood behind their work island talking amongst themselves versus helping customers. Ultimately, I found the Halloween section on my own. As a disclaimer, all of my kitchen items are from WS and I purchase their entire Halloween line every year. While I was shopping, one of the workers came over and said they closed. I asked what time they close, he said at 8. I said what time is it? He responded 8. I looked at my watch and it was 7:55. He stood there until our group left the store. And then he, and the other "workers" laughed as we left the store....? I was planning on purchasing multiple Halloween items for my house, as I do every year. However, after this experience, I won't be shopping here anymore and will strongly encourage others to do the same.
