I completely understand that businesses need to keep walkways clear, and I would have happily moved them if asked. However, kicking a toddler's toys came across as unnecessary and disrespectful. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially when interacting with families. I hope management reminds staff that treating customers with courtesy makes all the difference.

Grease marks, red stains, bubblegum, animal fur, and unidentifiable odors will cover your clothes IF you can even find a washer or dryer that actually works AND IF you can manage to make the coins go in the machines as well. The dryers do not dry properly. They allow all the kids to run around like animals under your feet screaming their heads off. They even have signs about no complaining about their faulty equipment. The car wash has been known to NOT dispense soap and the brushes are so dried and eaten up they will damage your car. The vacuums do not work and a homeless guy staying in his creepy grey suburban stands at the vacuums EVERY DAY just watching you attempt to take care of your things. DO NOT RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!
