They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.

REally badly managed and not so safe…read more I rented at this place because they said there would be an attendant at the facility during office hours when the gate was open. That was not true. I never found anyone there.l. Not so safe. Also for the first four months I was suppoed to have 24/7 access, each time I went there on a Sunday, my code did not work. Finally, they realize they have given me the wrong code.. The last month I stored there, I was able to get into the facility, the gate closed behind me, and I expected a sensor to open the gate when I was ready to leave. NOPE. And there was no clear way to open the gate. I have to call the sheriff to use my code to open the gate.

I'd used Vapo once, about 8 years ago while staying in the area and remember at that time, it was the lowest per gallon I'd seen for propane in a long time. So I secured my nearly empty 30# tank upright in the bed of my pickup truck and headed over to Vapo. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman who works there. I asked if he could refill my 30# tank. He said yes and we walked over to the refill station. He refilled it in no time and I loaded it back into the truck. Once inside the store, a pleasant young woman greeted me and gave me my total. While I was paying, I chatted with both employees, telling them my story of using them many years ago. I learned that Vapo has been in business since the 1950s. Great service and pricing from Vapo, both time's I've used them. And they charge by the gallon, not a full-tank price for a partially empty tank. They can easily accommodate any RV in their lot, including motorhomes. Thanks Vapo and see you next February when we're in town, if I'm in need of a refill.
