The carpets were clean correctly but here is my complain ... I asked them to move the bed frame to go under ( all in one piece) I will say it was kind of pushing it of about 3 feet. I was told they are not responsable for moving furniture ( I agreed to that) I'm upset because they didn't tell me as when it happen, they didn't say the true as of how it happen and third they should not move anything as I believe they are clearly careless and rushing into the job. They made a dent on my frame with their equipment and they know it. Inspector came the next day, nice man. I called to have my tile floors cleaned prior to moving my furniture in to the house. The guys that…read moreshowed up mentioned "they normally don't do floors...they do duct cleaning". They were here for about an hour and a half to clean approximately 1500 sq ft of tile floors. Once they were done we were told not to walk on the floors for 2 hours. Every entrance in to the house is a tile floor so we left for a few hours. Once they were gone and the 2 hour wait was over we walked inside and noticed that the entire floor had a film on it and footprints everywhere. Almost like the cleaner or water was dirty and just spread it all over the house. The floors were in worse shape after "being cleaned". I called in to speak with a manger and was told they were not available. Had to leave a message with an answering service. They apologized and said they don't have the ability to give a refund but could send someone back out to clean the floors again. I said that doesn't really work because we have an empty house now but will be full of furniture by the time they were able to come back out. She assured me that wasn't a problem and they'd move any furniture necessary on the return trip. So the return trip out was yesterday from 12-5pm. Antonio showed up at approximately 1pm. He walked the house and said he wasn't going to be able to move the furniture. Then went outside for about 10 minutes. When I walked outside he mentioned that this was BS. That he works for commission and would normally get 18% of a job like mine but since this one was a re-do because of the other guys doing such a poor job he wasn't going to make anything. Said he was calling his manager and said I should have just been given my money back after the first guys did such a poor job. I walked back inside and a few minutes later noticed that he had left. I called the number I had for them and got the same call center as the week prior. Said they spoke with a manager and I would be getting a call from them as soon as they get back to the office. Never got a call yesterday like I was told. Called back in this morning and the representative said call backs take 24-48 hours. But I just got a new scheduled appointment that was sent to me for this weekend at a time I can't be here. At this point I have no confidence in their service and just want my money back. If you're considering using them BEWARE!!!!!! It's extremely difficult to speak to a representative that has any authority to handle problems or issues that arise. I'd recommend only paying with credit card so that you could at least dispute the charges in a situation like mine.
