After calling a few companies and not getting callbacks, I was so impressed that Mark Ross with…read moreParadise Pro Wash actually answered right away and scheduled quickly. He cleaned our 15-year-old stretched canopies, including one that had a large, caked-on green/black area from tree pollen, sap, and years of dust. I was honestly worried about damage--but he removed it completely with no issues at all. The canopies now look nearly brand new. Mark used a soft wash cleaning method instead of high pressure, which made a big difference. It was a slower process, but he took the time to do it correctly and safely. A high-pressure approach could have easily damaged the canopies, but he clearly knew what he was doing. He also went the extra mile by cleaning the poles (which had years of algae and dirt) and rinsing off the tables and chairs underneath after finishing the job. Another bonus--he used his own water, which made the process even easier for us. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. I would absolutely use Mark Ross again and highly recommend Paradise Pro Wash!

We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here. We've always done them ourselves and we're obviously not as skilled at Dean. I'm so happy with them I'll need to schedule him more frequently. I highly recomend them and hope you will check him out.
