I have a 40 years old house with a Saltillo tile floor that needs deep cleaning and restoration. If you have a Saltillo tile floor, you would know how technical, difficult, and time-consuming this job would be. Bryan from SMCR, with over 12 years of Saltillo tile cleaning expertise, came in, carefully looked at every area, and did a couple of tests on the tiles. Then he explained to me step by step how he was going to accomplish the job, what kind of outcome it would be, no over-promises but realistically and honestly. (My floor tiles had many layers of sealers from different cleaning jobs and those were done poorly. Imagine keep putting makeup on a dirty face). I was well informed and satisfied with his professional assessment and detailed explanations which are definitely supported by his knowledge from years of experience. I was more so impressed with his thoroughness and ability to pay attention to details on the spots; hence, I stopped searching further for other alternatives, and with this kind of quality stuff on board, I felt no need to even check their Google Review. Bryan and Devin showed up on time around 8:30 and left after 7:00 almost every day. Tiles are fragile and the floor is not even so Bryan could not just use the machine to strip the floor. Devin and he got on their knees and hands on the floor, using a special knife to peel off the old sealer in order to prevent damaging the clay. In the beginning, I would come by, checking on the progress and asking questions. Bryan and Devin responded to every single of my concern with clear explanations for me to understand. After a couple of days, I didn't even check on the progress because I saw how Dedicated, Devoted, and Determined they are to get the job done, to make their customer happy. What more could any customers ask for, right?! It was scheduled to be a five day's job but extended to ten days because the tiles were sealed with polyurethane, which you can't tell until you peel off the top layers, and the floor is uneven in many areas throughout the house, a big portion of the floor was done by hands. the two dedicated young men did not lose their patience because of any unforeseen situations, they arrived every day at my house just like it was their first day to begin this job, I am deeply impressed and satisfied with not only the quality of the job done but also their sincerity and their professionalism! I have been doing upgrades for my house since last year, Bryan and Devin with SMCR are so far the most outstanding technicians I have ever hired! It is worth every penny I paid for! If you want to be happy with the outcome, search no further, call SMCR, and ask for them! Take a look before and after, aren't you impressed? read more

This company is the bee's knees! The technician who came out to help me was David. This guy knows his stuff! First of all let me say how professional and knowledgeable he was. Before he even tried to sell me anything or give me a quote it was very important to him that he listened to all of my concerns and have a consultative conversation about my needs. Then he tailored a quote to meet my needs without being pushy which is totally an art, not everyone can do that without being pushy. He made me feel the value in what was being offered and that was very important. It was also important to him that he do an excellent job and try to meet every need that I had. He was extremely detail-oriented and checked in several times to make sure that my approval was there. I will be a customer as long as I live in San Antonio just for how important he made me feel. I had my carpet and my couches cleaned and now my home feels like it's brand-new! I have two dogs one of them sheds everywhere and the other which is a new Adoption to be my service dog. Unfortunately our new girl has made potty marks on the house and Furniture. But once David was done you would never know it! The house looks wonderful and he is an excellent employee and representation of this company! It's absolutely noteworthy for him to be promoted because this is the person that you would like and should have training the rest of your Fleet period! Excellent customer service skills, knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail! Bravo! He did the job right and he did it well the first time. And that's how it's done folks! And for the record I'm the type of person who likes to leave reviews of someone who does an excellent job everywhere because not everybody does that and people deserve recognition. And shame on people who don't leave good reviews for people who deserve them. A lot of times their jobs depend on it. read more

I called Steam Master Cleaning to schedule an estimate to clean our tile in our home. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Krystle took my call and scheduled a technician for the very next day. Adam Arocha was our technician, and after an extremely detailed explanation of services he recommended, he was able to complete the cleaning the very same day. This was my third estimate for the cleaning, and without a doubt I would use Steam Master again simply because Adam took the time to explain why I needed the services I needed and he did such a fantastic job during the actual clean. Even though I forgot to move a few items and small furniture pieces, Adam took the initiative and moved these items for me - and still replaced them and left my home in perfect condition. Most important to note: our home was newly constructed in May 2020 and the builder never covered the floors after installation - so these floors saw 6 months of heavy, dirty foot traffic. I had several other cleaning services come in and although they did their best, there was still a dark residue left on the floor that simply could not be removed. Now that Steam Master has completed work, our floors are sparkling! read more

I recently had my sofa cleaned by Steam Master Cleaning, and I could not be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. I especially want to recognize Daniel Lucio for the exceptional job he did. Daniel was professional, courteous, and incredibly kind from the moment he arrived. He was easy to talk to and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. Daniel worked efficiently and completed everything in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. My sofa looked and smelled amazing when he was finished, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and kindness so effortlessly. Because of Daniel's outstanding service, I would absolutely use Steam Master Cleaning again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality upholstery cleaning services. Thank you, Daniel Lucio and Steam Master Cleaning, for a wonderful experience and for exceeding my expectations! read more

Our company, San Antonio Sound & Light recently had our office's carpets cleaned by Steam Master Cleaning and we are SO pleased with the results. We were able to get an over-the-phone estimate AND a same day appointment! Both of which were very convenient! Steam Master even called 30 minutes prior to our schedule appointment to confirm that we were ready. When Jacob arrived, he was polite, friendly and helpful - explaining everything to us and answering our questions. Our carpets are several years' old, very low pile and receive a lot of traffic. But despite the condition of our old carpets, when Jacob was only halfway through, we could see and SMELL the difference. Jacob had explained to us that they use a deodorizer and a quick-drying agent. I've seen office carpets cleaned before and I've never seen them come out as well as this! And the quick-drying agent must really work because there was no musty, damp smell left-over once the carpets were cleaned. Overall, our staff was very pleased with Jacob and Steam Master Cleaning and we will be calling them next time we need our carpets cleaned! Steam Master Cleaning and their staff are helpful and friendly. read more

We had an excellent experience with Steam Master! Ed was our technician and he did an incredible job cleaning our couch, ottoman, and a well loved upholstered (WHITE) rocking chair that has seen its fair share of family life over the years. One thing that I really appreciated was that I changed the scope of work from the original quote, and Ed accommodated the changes without hesitation. He was friendly, professional, and focused on making sure everything was taken care of. Our ottoman honestly looks brand new, and I didn't realize how much dirt and toddler wear had accumulated until I saw the before and after. It's so nice to see five years of sticky fingers, spills and everyday kid damage disappear. The rocking chair cleaned up beautifully as well which means a lot since it's one of those sentimental pieces. Everything looks refreshed, smells clean, and feels renewed. The quality of work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Steam Master to anyone looking to bring their furniture back to life. Thank you Ed for making our home feel fresh again!!! read more

Our technician, Brett, just left- for our second service from Steam Master Cleaning. There is a reason we called them to come back- they are amazing!! Not only is the entire staff friendly and knowledgable. But I feel I can trust them to help me make the best decision to meet our needs and budget. Brett did an awesome job, he helped me figure out what services were best, for what we needed. Then got on the roll. My 2 boys, ages 3 & 4, were amazed watching him. He was very nice to the boys, answering their questions, and looking at whatever it was they wanted to show him. Then of course, their favorite part was the beach ball & the shoe covers (because naturally, they couldn't stay off the clean carpet)!! The little things really do mean the most. So if you're looking for a great company to work with- that is wonderful at their job & family oriented- Steam Master Cleaning is perfect for you! Thank you guys for being such an awesome trustworthy team. Hopefully we don't see y'all too soon- but y'all will hear from us again! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steam Masters Carpet Cleaning Company, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, largely thanks to their fantastic employee, Jose Rubio. Jose was incredibly fair and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the cleaning process in detail and managed my expectations perfectly. I appreciated that he wasn't aggressive in upselling additional services; instead, he focused on what my carpets truly needed. He did an unbelievable job on my stairs, which had seen better days. The transformation was remarkable! The carpets look revitalized, and the improvement in smell and texture is noticeable throughout my home. It's like they have a new lease on life! If you're looking for a reliable carpet cleaning service with dedicated professionals like Jose, look no further. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Jose, for your hard work and exceptional service! read more

Well folks, they've done it again! Scott Salas from Steam Master Cleaners did an amazingly thorough and meticulous job of cleaning our 3 spare bedrooms, our area rug and most importantly our stinky couch! Not only was he able to show up a couple hours earlier than I expected, but he didn't try to rush through the job and walked me through every step of the way to make sure that I, the customer, was happy with the way things were looking. He was very polite, courteous and professional. We have two pets that for some reason love to pee on our couch.. I guess it's mostly an age thing for our 12 year wiener dog.. But he explained the solutions that he would be using in the pet treatment and how the enzymes would break down the urine crystals that had seeped into the couch cushions and explained the prices for the different options. I do appreciate everything that Scott did for us and will continue to use Steam Master Cleaners for all of our household cleaning and sanitizing needs! read more

Unexpectedly needed to have my carpets cleaned when my home cleaner broke after laying water down on my carpet. Called mid afternoon with the hopes I could get an appointment for the next morning, fortunately for me, they offered me a same day appointment and within two hours the technicians were at my door. Bryan and Juan were both professional and very friendly. They outline all the various options and costs and in no way made me feel pressured to add on any additional services but they did make a lot of sense when explaining the sanitizing and scotch guarding services - those are the ones I selected. They protected the corners of the walls, did an outstanding job and were very quick. My 8 year old carpet looked as good as new. Will recommend them to all and will definitely use in the future. Will probably have them come clean my tile and grout and they offer services other than just carpet cleaning. read more

My husband and I were going to spend over $1000 to replace our 20+ year old Master bedroom carpet. It had pet stains and odor that we thought were beyond repair. Thankfully, we called Steam Master Cleaning first. While other cleaning services we called gave us a quote over the phone, Steam Master actually came to our home to give us an estimate and were very thorough. We ended up getting all of our bedroom carpets cleaned, and were very satisfied with the end results. Jon, our technician, was excellent! The stains and the pet odor were eliminated. (I would highly recommend getting the level two treatment which also treats the padding underneath.) Not only did we not need to replace our carpet, but our other bedroom carpets looked good as new! We're very grateful that we used Steam Master and would gladly refer them to anyone! read more

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I needed a company that had good reviews regarding pet spot cleaning/deodorizing and I ran across Steam Master Cleaning on Google. The positive reviews on there do not lie. They were amazing. Jacob was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely nice. We had a discussion about the area being treated (my closet) and what my expectations were, and he listened thoroughly and suggested everything he thought needed to be done. I never once felt like he was trying to push extra services on me which was much appreciated. The end result was exactly what I wanted/needed and I look forward to having him come back and clean all the carpet in my apartment once it's time for me to move out! read more
