Carpet was dry in some areas with a sticky residue, There was a delay in service due to an over heating or fire in tech's vehicle. There were exposed wires on tech's electrical extension cord, so bad that the tech got electrically shocked. I was charged two service calls when only one tech showed up to do both jobs on the same day at the same time and two credit card usage fees when it was a one time payment with the same credit card on the same day at the same time for both jobs. When making the appointment I told the person on the phone that I wanted both the tile and carpet cleaned on the same day and time to avoid getting charged twice for the credit card usage fees at which time she did not tell me that I would get charged twice anyway. read more

Do not use this company. I recently scheduled carpet cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment, including one bedroom and a closet. From the beginning, the experience was problematic. When booking the appointment, I was only given a four-hour arrival window, which was inconvenient but accepted. Upon arrival, the technician stated the cost would be $150 plus taxes and additional fees. He then attempted to add multiple unnecessary upcharges, including pet treatment--despite there being no pets in the apartment--along with several other add-ons priced at $75 each. When I clearly declined these services and requested only the basic cleaning, the technician claimed he did not understand, despite the explanation being made multiple times. After the initial walk through was done an unexpected $44 "environmental fee" was added for water disposal, which was never disclosed prior to the appointment. The total came to nearly $200 for a basic one-bedroom cleaning, despite there being no stains or damage. To make matters worse, at the time of payment, I was informed of an additional $3 credit card processing fee, which was also never mentioned when the service was booked. This company lacks transparency in pricing and engages in misleading billing practices. I would strongly advise against using their services read more

We received a coupon in the mail for Steam Master Cleaning, we called and spoke with Bobby regarding the coupon. We told Bobby we wanted the main bedroom and two standard rooms cleaned, "no problem" is what was said. When Ryan arrived this morning, he quoted us an outlandish cost for 3 rooms, he said the coupon is only for 150 sq.ft. and it's specified in the small writing (photos attached, maybe someone else can see the small writing where it says that). I despise when companies do this, why be deceptive? Just come out with it? We won't be using this company again, these tactics are a horrible way of doing business. read more

So, coupon said three rooms for $99.00, only needed one bedroom cleaned (newer carpet). One room is $99.00! OK I can live with that, BUT, if you want it really dry that's another $99.00, other things such as fresh smell, extra! Just clean one room .... no extras! $152.00 and soaking wet when they left.
