My wife is recovering from a knee replacement and I'm dealing with 3 dogs (2 blowing their coats out) and our kiddo. Lisa showed up right on time and made such a huge difference for us. Our bathrooms and kitchen haven't been cleaner. A bird could fly through our shower door! I don't think I've ever seen our window ledges and blinds so white (and she did 17 of them). My personal thoughts here: we wanted to make sure we paid for a deep clean! If the cleaner also has to surface clean - it's going to take much longer because.... That's just how it works. I took about 4 hours the day prior pre-cleaning. For someone that doesn't know our home, I wouldn't expect those pre-cleaning pieces to be done. Edited: Another thought. I hate the smell of cleaning chemicals, but when I walked back in from an errand, I wasn't overwhelmed at all.

I wish i would have read reviews before booking. She is completely unprofessional. she doesnt send you booking confirmation. You have to request a receipt (more than once). She goes back and forth on pricing. she threatens you with forwarding you to collections verses trying to come up with a feasible solution to fix problems. cleaning lady was nice as others have mentioned, however not even CLOSE to everything listed in services, was actually completed. she calls people liars and is extremely demanding. she's made several responses to reviews talking about how cleaners get tired and small/little issues shouldn't matter but this is literally what you pay for, PROPER CLEANING not half ass work. A true professional would not be going back and forth with people in a review section. REGARDLESS if shes trying to defend her business or her cleaners lol theres a proper way to do that. A true professional would not threaten to go to police for a disagreement over price due to unsatisfied work. food for thought... if she does threaten to go to police, this is a CIVIL MATTER as you've both came to an agreement. you could fight this all day in civil court. This owner is genuinely irrational and absurd. She also cant sue you for "defamation" for leaving a bad review LOL.
