I inspected my home immediately after they left and found some problems. I texted the owner. She demanded payment right away. I stated that I would not pay until all services were completed. She then called the police, alleging that I had committed theft of service. They ultimately refused to return and demanded a payment of $466. I offered to pay a prorated amount ...she was still not happy ..actually very aggressive ...Calling me Ghetto and ignorant ...ohhhh might i add ..was at my home for 10 hrs lmao....running that clock up...saying if i dont pay she will put it on my credit lmao..i think my credit score is high enough to withstand a $466.00 ..we only purchased a million dollar home.She dismissed my concerns and still demanded all money.She than offered to take off $20 bucks...My master bedroom,Laundry room,Kitchen,My sons shower,and refrigerator was never touched! I can only assume the cleaner was taking a nap! Beware of this company ..The checklist the provide is NOT what the company does!Matter of fact..its the opposite..When hiring her,the only question that was asked is how large my home was.She should have sent 2 people for the size of my home! I literally cannot get things as clean as they do and it takes me 3 times as long if I do it myself. My favorite employees that have come to clean for me are Taylor and McKaila.
