Let's just say it really depends on which maids they send you. We have had our house cleaned two…read moretimes by this company. First time we did a cleaning for 4 hours just to see how well they do. They killed it. In 4 hours the place was spotless and we would easily rate 5 stars. Second time we had it cleaned just recently and decided to go for 7 hours and do a top to bottom clean. Let's just say we have had to clean after they left because they left so many areas undone. Dust piles in the corners of the room, under the couch, and dust all over the return air vent (that we specifically asked them to clean up). Toilet had a urine smell that was never there before. So not sure if they used a rag that was dirty to clean around it or used one they dipped in toilet water. Cupholders of the couch had dirt. Layers of dirt around things on the shelves. Countertops had spray marks on them, but not wiped. Basically we had to spend about 2 hours cleaning up after them after they left. I should have known since the first group of maids took nearly 3 hours just on the upstairs. These ones were done in about an hour upstairs. They asked if there was anything else after about hour 4. My wife had to show them several things and eventually just felt bad having to point stuff out so we just dropped it. We were pretty pet down by this since we had such a great experience before. Maybe they send their best maids for the first service to get you. Not sure, but it definitely felt that way.. If we do use this service again we will only request the first two maids, because the price we paid for the service we got was completely unacceptable.

Bear Pro Cleaners has kept my two Airbnbs, Oasis and the Bungalow, guest-ready since April. Give…read morethem a schedule and they organize around it fast. They don't clean Sundays, but since both my checkouts are on Sundays, they're reliably out the next day -- never an issue. Tip for other hosts: give them a checklist. They're detail-oriented, and a checklist tells them exactly what to focus on. When something's missed, it's usually because it wasn't on the list -- not a quality issue. They're fast without cutting corners, and they'll handle extra asks on the spot. Blanca is a great collaborator who stays proactive with questions. Kevin, who owns the company, is easy to work with. Highly recommend.
