The quality of our cleaning was amazing. We just switched due to inconsistent service from another company. Ana was our 1st cleaner and she out did our expectations. No complaints or issues she went straight to work and even asked if she should move on to the next area that was not asked but bc she had extra time. I went to review the other area and everything was done to exceed my expectations. Our last cleaner was given 3 rooms to clean and said it was impossible in the 4 hours. Ana did all areas asked and wiped other surfaces. She is heaven sent. I have been working extra lately, getting by my daughter to move back to college and helping my elderly and disabled parents organize and clean as well. So I have been exhausted and Ana's services just gave me time to relax for a few hours and work on other items. I 100% recommend Texas Cleaning Services, even with scheduling the gentleman scheming the services listened to what I wanted and needed and took care of it. I feel that is what I got. The other company complained about my cats. Not 1 issue with this company and they even offer upholstery cleaning which I can't wait to try as well. read more

I strongly warn anyone against using Texas Cleaning Services. The first 5 months with this company everything was fine. One day I received a text that my cleaner was in an accident and wouldn't arrive. I found out later that was a lie. She and her family were picked up by ICE and deported though they are not gang members nor criminals. They sent someone else who seemed completely untrained and ill prepared to clean my home. She used an abrasive pad on the stainless steel trim on my custom Elmira stove that permanently scratched the surface. This appliance matches my custom refrigerator, major features of my home. On top of that she did not have a vacuum cleaner. Instead of asking to use my vacuum cleaner she left with the floors still dirty. I hoped that my previous cleaner would return but instead they sent another subpar cleaner who arrived without a vacuum cleaner. I started thinking they are just hiring anyone off of the equivalent of Craigs list. Since then they have done nothing regarding the damage to my appliance. I have asked them 3 times to have their insurance company contact me and haven't heard anything though the damage happened in April. read more

Omar did a great job. Communication to set & confirm the appointment was excellent. They weren't the least or most expensive option. They were very reasonable and the quality was great. Omar was very careful not to oversaturate our down cushions on our large sectional. After the initial visit, we found a little tiny stain that they happily came back to take care of it. We requested a standard clean from Texas Cleaning Services. The company was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions. They have a great system that messages through both text and email. Their pricing is very fair and even less than some of the young ladies in our area that want to charge $300 and stay for 2 hours. There are many opportunities for discounts, as well. They sent Yeni. She did not speak English, but we used Google translate and mixed with our limited Spanish it went just fine. Yeni worked hard and got everything done. She stayed close to 4 hours. Her work was EXCELLENT! She is an absolute pro. She even did a bit of organizing for us in the laundry room. We did not have to tell her how to do anything. She is the housekeeper we have been looking for. We highly recommend this company and Yeni! Great experience! read more

Scheduled a routine cleaning with them and they did an awesome job. Service was great from contact to completion. I contacted them through yelp and they maintained communication throughout the day. I was able to get someone to house within 48 hours. The house looks great and they did not move things around too much.
