I was told to wait for the machine to drain but after over 3 hours it didn't drain any water out. Then I was told just leave my name and number (I do not live in this state) The manager offered no solution (she was on the phone with the staff and thought it was funny) Manager refused to give me the owners name and/or phone number and told me id just have to come back, she couldn't tell me when to come back, wouldn't call a repair person even though it was caused by their broken equipment that did the same thing last week (according to the manager) do i have to go to small claims court in this town to get my property back? The lack of accountability and problem-solving from this place is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on how they handled this situation.

My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot ! I decided to try out this cleaners for the first time as they were having a special. Dropped off on a Thursday. Was ready on Friday. Went to pick up and when they scanned my ticket, the computer froze. After a while, I decided to come back for them the next day. I showed up the next day and when they scannned the ticket, it looked like it was still frozen on the same computer. They asked me if I had cash and I did not after about 20 minutes, I asked if there's anything else that could be done because I didn't want to have to leave and come back again. They eventually scanned my ticket a different way. I don't understand why they didn't do so in the first place so I didn't have to go out of my way the next day The staff members were very apologetic and very friendly.
