When I got charged $201, I asked them what the fees were. It was not disclosed that their tax rate is over 11%! Which is illegal in Texas to be charging that much in tax. I have tried contacting them about this and they have not reached out with an answer or refund. Not only that, my move out apartment was still charged a fee for cleaning even though I hired this company to clean.

The Crew showed up in a vehicle and clothing with company logos and information plainly visible and the workers were friendly, attentive to the initial house tour, and go getters. The Crew worked efficiently, and they communicated with each other constantly regarding cleaning duties and responsibilities. They always had a smile on their faces and were extremely polite. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the Crew was great to work with as they worked their way through our house. The results were impressive, and we loved the results so much that we work extra hard to keep it looking the way they left it.
