Marty and her team was excellent and professional in the job The deep cleaning of my downstairs my kitchen looks new or the best it's been in years. The two living rooms and dining room are beautiful. The staircase looks excellent and refreshed. I've had previous cleaning companies in the past provide deep cleaning for small apartments, and I found OCD cleaners while searching for affordable and reliable options for a bigger home. Marissa's rates are very reasonable and her staff was very thorough. For a 1800 square foot home, they worked approximately 4.5 hours. It was a bit longer than expected but I noticed their attention to the small details including vacuuming decorative pillows is something I haven't seen in other companies I've worked with. This was my first time working with her team but I look forward to returning and maintaining the same standard of quality and service. 5/5! read more

I'm a little uncomfortable leaving this review because of the hostility I experienced, but I feel that other people need to know about this company. We hired OCD cleaners to clean just the downstairs of our house, 2,000 square feet. Since it was the first clean we were told it would be $400 ($434 with tax), which was almost $100 more than we are used to paying to have our whole house deep cleaned, but were willing to pay the price hoping for a superior 5 star clean. The clean itself was about 4 stars, but this review is about what happened after. They forgot to clean the sides of the tables and chairs (our kids' sticky fingerprints still all over), they left crumbs on the countertop mats, and with the exception of the beds they didn't make an effort to present the house well or put anything back (pillows/blankets thrown about not folded, soap dispenser and bathroom items all thrown into a bin on the counter, tables/chairs/stools not moved back) so I felt like I had to reassemble my house. Halfway through the clean we received a message that we needed professional organizing in the playroom which would be an additional $75. We have labeled bins in the playroom, the toys just needed to be put away, and I wasn't about to pay over $500 to have only part of my house cleaned. I told them if they aren't willing to straighten up to just clean around it, no organizing. Well, when we came home, we noticed that our son's 4 foot nerf gun target that he just got for Christmas was sticking out of the trash bin. Weird. We looked inside the trash and there was a bag full of our kids toys that had been thrown away with the cleaners' Starbucks drinks dumped on top so everything was sticky. We messaged to see why they had thrown away our kid's toys and they said they were broken.. I explained they are not broken they just go with other items like a doll house and a kids play cleaning set etc... so they they said they looked like McDonald's toys.. again, not McDonald's toys, and even if they were that's not their right to throw them away. Then they told me that they have had cases where kids have gotten RSV and strep and been hospitalized so it is their company policy to throw away any toys that they find on the floor. What in the actual f? I have two children, I don't live in a daycare. No apology, just arguing. When I asked for a manager, I was told this was the manager but they wouldn't give their name and refused to talk any way besides text. They had initially promised us a discount if we wrote a review (likely why all their reviews are so high) but this clearly went away when they found out our review wouldn't be positive. When we asked for a discount or some sort of reconciliation, they said they don't handle disputes they have a company attorney that will handle our case and they would be adding a $30 late fee since we didn't pay (mind you it's 5pm on the same day of the clean) and they proceeded to send me a new bill for $464 with late fees added. I was shocked. I guess this happens often if a cleaning company feels they need to have a lawyer on hand... I told them to remove the late fee and after more back and forth they finally did and I just paid because I couldn't deal with it. Then we dumped and cleaned our kids toys by hand. My husband tried to go down to the address on file to talk to someone but the address doesn't exist and when he called the phone number to try and talk to someone they started acting like he was going to attack them saying 'there are cameras on the premises'. Literally we just wanted to talk to someone about our experience. Maybe get an apology or have someone offer to fix what happened. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I still can't believe this happened. I hope no one else has to experience this. If this review is removed we will be contacting BBB. read more

We've had cleaning services, cleaning ladies, and a host of people and companies who promised to thoroughly clean our house , but didn't. We first hired OCD Cleaners to deep clean our house and they left it shining. We then hired them to clean our house every two weeks and they turned out to be the best company we ever had. Absolutely unacceptable. We did not approve their service or a sudden $50 price increase, which was sprung on us at 7 PM the night before our regular monthly 11 AM cleaning. We explicitly told them we didn't agree to the new rate, and yet they sent the cleaners anyway and charged us the higher amount without our consent. This is outright theft. Our text chain with the owner makes it crystal clear we did not approve this, but they had the audacity to ignore us until after the service, at which point they smugly told us they were keeping the money. When we demanded a refund, they had the gall to tell us to dispute it with the bank. This company operates like scammers, not professionals. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being blindsided and extorted. read more

They do a phenomenal job. I reached out to multiple companies and they were the most responsive and got me on their schedule for the next day. ODC Cleaners did a deep clean on my dirty 3 bedroom home and it was completely spotless when I got home from work. I can't recommend them enough and I am so glad I found them. After requesting a quote, the person that returned the call was not concerned on obtaining another customer. She provided extremely basic $150 for regular cleaning and $190 per hour for deep cleaning with a 4-6 hour minimum. Upon asking for additional details as to the difference in services to better understand, it became somewhat annoying to her. As if the customer 'works' for OCD Cleaners, stated that if the house wasn't already kept-up-with, then they had the right to turn around and leave. Whether it is or not, then why on earth would anyone be inquiring about house cleaning services? Someone needs to remind her and OCD Cleaners that they provide the cleaning service.
