Honestly, we had already booked from a previous neighbor's testimonial and THEN read reviews…read more We were definitely nervous.... But extremely surprised and grateful! My wife is recovering from a knee replacement and I'm dealing with 3 dogs (2 blowing their coats out) and our kiddo. Lisa showed up right on time and made such a huge difference for us. Our bathrooms and kitchen haven't been cleaner. A bird could fly through our shower door! I don't think I've ever seen our window ledges and blinds so white (and she did 17 of them). My personal thoughts here: we wanted to make sure we paid for a deep clean! If the cleaner also has to surface clean - it's going to take much longer because.... That's just how it works. I took about 4 hours the day prior pre-cleaning. For someone that doesn't know our home, I wouldn't expect those pre-cleaning pieces to be done. Edited: Another thought. I hate the smell of cleaning chemicals, but when I walked back in from an errand, I wasn't overwhelmed at all.

Let's just say it really depends on which maids they send you. We have had our house cleaned two…read moretimes by this company. First time we did a cleaning for 4 hours just to see how well they do. They killed it. In 4 hours the place was spotless and we would easily rate 5 stars. Second time we had it cleaned just recently and decided to go for 7 hours and do a top to bottom clean. Let's just say we have had to clean after they left because they left so many areas undone. Dust piles in the corners of the room, under the couch, and dust all over the return air vent (that we specifically asked them to clean up). Toilet had a urine smell that was never there before. So not sure if they used a rag that was dirty to clean around it or used one they dipped in toilet water. Cupholders of the couch had dirt. Layers of dirt around things on the shelves. Countertops had spray marks on them, but not wiped. Basically we had to spend about 2 hours cleaning up after them after they left. I should have known since the first group of maids took nearly 3 hours just on the upstairs. These ones were done in about an hour upstairs. They asked if there was anything else after about hour 4. My wife had to show them several things and eventually just felt bad having to point stuff out so we just dropped it. We were pretty pet down by this since we had such a great experience before. Maybe they send their best maids for the first service to get you. Not sure, but it definitely felt that way.. If we do use this service again we will only request the first two maids, because the price we paid for the service we got was completely unacceptable.
