Awful experience with this company. Hired for a move-in cleaning weeks in advance. Came by to give access day before we closed and moved in. Sadly, returned the next day with movers and appeared very little was done for $350. Providing some pics. I contacted Annie and she was very rude to deal with. One photo of the windows that weren't cleaned as example was not sufficient. Despite being very busy with the move in day and handling a toddler she made me take photos of EVERY window and anything else. I would give zero stars if I could. I hired this company for a move-out deep clean of my 2,500 sq. ft. home, and the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I was quoted 3-4 hours for $240 but ended up being charged over $400. For that price, I expected a thorough deep clean -- instead, the work was incomplete and poorly done. They sent just one cleaner for the entire empty house. The stairs and floors were still covered in dust from recent construction, and one whole room wasn't even cleaned because the cleaner claimed she was stung by wasps (which has never been an issue inside the house). I even sent the owner multiple videos and pictures clearly showing dirty surfaces and dusty floors, but nothing was resolved. When I raised concerns, the owner was rude, disrespectful, and passive-aggressive, even telling me I should be grateful that they "continued to clean." That is not how you run a business. Customers deserve professionalism and quality service -- neither of which I received here. I cannot recommend this company or its owner. I was messaging with the company, trying to schedule a move out clean. I asked a couple questions and was ready to hire them. I was told that for moveout cleans they need the entire payment upfront. My wife is recovering from a knee replacement and I'm dealing with 3 dogs (2 blowing their coats out) and our kiddo. Lisa showed up right on time and made such a huge difference for us. Our bathrooms and kitchen haven't been cleaner. A bird could fly through our shower door! I don't think I've ever seen our window ledges and blinds so white (and she did 17 of them). I booked Annie through Facebook to deep clean our home before Thanksgiving. She sent a list of what a deep clean covered and I verified that thorough dusting including all furniture, baseboards, mini blinds and ceiling fans were covered and were assured they were. Literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I came home to a dirty kitchen, nothing had been dusted and ceiling fans were not touched. To make this worse -- when I contacted the owner to ask her to come walk through so she could see the situation and know the lack of quality by the girl she sent, she texted she would give me $40 off my $250 cleaning. I explained that the girl literally didn't do anything. I verified that she was at our home through our ring doorbell -- but the service we asked for had not been completed. She said I agreed to the terms and conditions which states a $40 discount of unhappy with the service. When I asked her to please come walk through she said she lived in Alaska! Frustrated I said I would pay $100 for the time the girl was there but I wouldn't pay $250 for a service that wasn't done. And this is when it got worse. She called me and said "this is how this is going to go -- you will pay me for the service as agreed on when you booked the appointment or I will contact your local police department and have you arrested for theft of service. I told Annie this and all was good and it would not be a problem. The cleaner arrived late on that day but "finished" the job. I came the next day and she did not finish the job. The pantry and kitchen cabinets were not cleaned properly, with dust and debris still present inside. Other areas from the check list were also not clean but not a big deal to me so I ignored that. I sent her pictures and she explained that her cleaner was very tired and said she would send someone the next day. Ok, sometimes people have bad days, no big deal. A new cleaner came the next day (also late) and cleaned the pantry and inside one cabinet from what I can tell. The house was still not "clean". Annie contacted me for additional payment for the additional time that had to be spent cleaning. If they needed additional time, the could've just said that in the first place instead of saying the cleaner was tired and having a bad day and therefore inefficient and ineffective -- my end result shouldn't be devalued for these reasons. I was shocked by the unprofessional communication that followed, which included immediately threatening to send the invoice to collections when I tried to discuss the matter with her. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I want to make it clear that I never even asked for a discount or refund...just that my house get cleaned properly. Someone else texted me later, but I was busy at the time and couldn't get to my phone (my son was being evaluated for a disability). A new cleaner was trying to get ahold of me. As of today, Friday, we have received no call/email/smoke signal. I literally never play the cancer card, but, as stupid as this sounds, coming home to a squeaky-clean house following my mastectomy in 3 days was supremely important to me and was something I had stressed over because I'm not physically able to do it right now. The unprofessionalism here has just added to the stress of my situation and we of course have no time to have someone clean at this point. Please run far, far away. read more

I don't generally do this, but please do not use Annie's Cleaning Services LLC. I have had the worst experience with them the last two encounters. First bad experience was when someone showed up to our residence to clean and we had not set an appointment. The owner proceeds to go off on me and call me ghetto and then hang up on me. Then calls me back and apologizes several times and the discounts my next service. Fast forward to tonight from July 11. I get a call saying we were scheduled 6 weeks out to come clean your home. Yeah we did say we wanted every six weeks, but it hasn't been six weeks. We will be there in the morning. Then she proceeds to start getting an attitude like last time. I was going to go ahead and do the service because they do a good job, but when you start trying to bully me into using your service is when I draw the line. We told her do not want to use her services and she advised that she was going to send an invoice saying we canceled. Then advise these she was going to file this with collections. I hate to put people out there like that, but please do not use this service. Your service is good, but your customer service is beyond bad. I will provide our text message convo's as proof that you have tried this one time before. Once again, I do not like to bash people or things on social media, but this is the platform that I heard about them on. Sorry for the long message. This is absolutely insane. read more

I set up an appointment with the online Facebook account and they told me they'd be there at 9. Waited until 9:10 and no one showed up nor did I get a call (I provided the facebook account person my address and phone only). When I sent a message on facebook asking where "Isabelle" was (because that's apparently the name of the person who was coming to clean), there was no response for about 10 minutes and then they said that "Isabelle" was on her way, there was a car accident and she drives from far away. I had already left for work and told them to cancel the appointment. They tried to tell me they had tried calling me (my phone has no record of this) and that "Isabelle" was finally there now. I said, "I have already left". They told me they will put me on the "Do Not Service" list and I said "thanks!". Then I reported them for scam/fraud to Facebook. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS...it's very sketchy, the price is also $50 less than anywhere else....a good deal if they actually showed up, but it just seems like a scam. read more

The owner was completely distrespectful and rude to my wife, as my wife was trying to explain to her that we cannot pay for a service that was not performed. We hired them to clean our apartment for a move out, and nothing was done. When approached about it, she lied, was manipulative, mean and threatening. Annie, these threats and attempting to send the bill to collections will not be tolerated. I advise everyone to stay away from this company! read more
