After speaking with Kevin (owner) and discussing my immediate needs we set an appointment for two days out and agree on pricing. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. There was allot of deep cleaning required for this bathroom but when they were done it looked like new and the odor was gone. They killed it. In 4 hours the place was spotless and we would easily rate 5 stars. Second time we had it cleaned just recently and decided to go for 7 hours and do a top to bottom clean. Let's just say we have had to clean after they left because they left so many areas undone. Dust piles in the corners of the room, under the couch, and dust all over the return air vent (that we specifically asked them to clean up). Toilet had a urine smell that was never there before. So not sure if they used a rag that was dirty to clean around it or used one they dipped in toilet water. Cupholders of the couch had dirt. Layers of dirt around things on the shelves. Countertops had spray marks on them, but not wiped. Basically we had to spend about 2 hours cleaning up after them after they left. I should have known since the first group of maids took nearly 3 hours just on the upstairs. These ones were done in about an hour upstairs. They asked if there was anything else after about hour 4. My wife had to show them several things and eventually just felt bad having to point stuff out so we just dropped it. We were pretty pet down by this since we had such a great experience before. Maybe they send their best maids for the first service to get you. Not sure, but it definitely felt that way.. If we do use this service again we will only request the first two maids, because the price we paid for the service we got was completely unacceptable.

First off, I'd like to say that the initial contact process was easy, and the cleaners arrived on…read moretime. However, once the owner and another cleaner entered my unit, the experience quickly became unacceptable. I have security cameras inside my apartment, including one facing the center of my living space and another at my front door. While I was at work, I received notifications that my camera was being tampered with. When I reviewed the footage, I observed one of the cleaners using the end of a broomstick to move my camera. She did this on two separate occasions. As I continued reviewing the footage, I noticed behavior that appeared suspicious. The cleaner was opening a drawer where I kept cash and appeared to be attempting to take money. I immediately returned home and confronted her. Her explanation was that she was "dusting" with the end of a broomstick, which made no sense given what was visible on the footage. I explained that I hired this company because they advertise themselves as professional, trustworthy cleaners who conduct background checks on their employees. I did not believe I should have to worry about protecting my belongings while paying for a professional cleaning service. Despite my concerns, I allowed the service to be completed and paid for the cleaning. Later, while reviewing the footage more thoroughly, I discovered that I had actually been robbed. A ring valued at approximately $1,700 had been taken from my home. When I contacted the owner, she provided me with the cleaner's contact information and stated that the cleaner had only been hired the day before and that this was her first cleaning assignment. This raised serious concerns for me, as a company that advertises employee screening and background checks would reasonably be expected to have a more thorough hiring process than one completed overnight. The owner was not helpful in resolving the matter. After I informed her that I would pursue legal action if the debt was not settled through either the return of my property or reimbursement for its value, I requested information regarding the company's insurance coverage. I was then informed that the company did not carry insurance. Since that conversation, the owner has not made any effort to follow up or assist in resolving the situation, despite multiple attempts on my part to communicate with her. It appears that she is simply hoping the matter will go away. As a result, I am now out approximately $1,700 for the stolen ring, in addition to the amount I paid for the cleaning service itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to choose a cleaning service that is truly trustworthy and that stands behind the claims made on its website regarding professionalism, employee screening, and customer protection.
