Fabio was wonderful! Communication was great and he did great work for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him again next time I need carpets cleaned (with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 kids, that'll probably be sooner rather than later)! read more

Thank you Fabio. I called on a Friday afternoon about a brand new carpet my sweet little dog messed on and he was able to come and treat within 2 hours. So thankful for you and your hard work . All is good read more

Very responsive and friendly but the results were NOTHING like their pictures on his page. I was deciding between them and another that had a portable cleaner but he told me the truck mount was stronger. The carpet was nothing crazy other than regular wear and have seen dozens of pictures of carpets worse than this that came out perfect. Even the two other rooms weren't as bad and you could still see the dark spots. When I saw the results I was disappointed and could've been warned before the work was done so I expected it to be fine. When discussing it his solution was to come back another day and try again which I was fine with but then he told me it would be another $125 for just that room! Look at the picture and tell me if you'd be happy with this result? read more

Fabio did an amazing job! Very professional and courteous. I have an expensive large area rig that is a deep shag. Vacuuming this beast is a chore but it usually gets vacuumed twice a week. I tried to shampoo it with my carpet shampooer but I still want happy with how it turned out so I decided to give THE CARPET CLEANER a try and I'm so glad I did. I will be hiring him at least twice a year. My rug looks brand new and it's 2 years old. Thank you Fabio! read more

This is by far the best carpet cleaner I have used. I called them on a sunday last minute because the Home Depot carpet cleaner machine was a waist of money. I found the Carpet Cleaner on yelp and went with there great reviews. Did not disappoint. They came last minute and where done with in an hour. They left the carpets almost new. So very happy w them will definitely use them again. ;) read more

I had the unfortunate situation in that, my pup caught a bug, had stomach issues, and this lead to gnarly diarrhea in multiple rooms in the house. I reached out to The Carpet Cleaner for help, and they scheduled a same day appointment, were on time, and did an amazing job with the house. After these guys finished there wasn't a remnant of a problem. A few weeks later, I decided to have my couch cleaned, and I reached out to them again. Once again, they were able to schedule a prompt appointment, they showed up on time, and did a great job on my couch. --The couch looks new! I'm very happy with the service and effort that Fabio (the owner) puts into his work. I plan using these guys for all of my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. read more

This is the first time we've had our carpets cleaned since we bought our home, that was 11 years ago... I was skeptical about carpet cleaning but my wife and I decided to give it a try especially before the holidays. Fabio was very professional, arrived on time and was very careful about his equipment scratching the interior walls and corners of my home. His cleaning was very thorough and won the approval of both my wife and I as we are self proclaimed "neat freaks". I would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone that needs carpet cleaning. 5 stars! read more
