Very responsive and friendly but the results were NOTHING like their pictures on his page. I was deciding between them and another that had a portable cleaner but he told me the truck mount was stronger. The carpet was nothing crazy other than regular wear and have seen dozens of pictures of carpets worse than this that came out perfect. Even the two other rooms weren't as bad and you could still see the dark spots. When I saw the results I was disappointed and could've been warned before the work was done so I expected it to be fine. When discussing it his solution was to come back another day and try again which I was fine with but then he told me it would be another $125 for just that room! Fabio did an amazing job! Very professional and courteous. I have an expensive large area rig that is a deep shag. Vacuuming this beast is a chore but it usually gets vacuumed twice a week.
