Jeff has not returned my text messages or phone calls. Even though he texted me and stated he would fix problem from 28- 31 Oct 19. I am no rookie and have had my floors stripped and polished on numerous occasions so I know the process and procedures. Jeff and his father came to my home to strip and polish my stone flooring, they did a horrible job, and when I noticed his father basically using mop and glow equilevant to shine my floor I inquired when are you going to buff my floors to a shine. His father stated that they were done? I immediately started looking at my floors and noticed tons of flaws where they left the stripping compound on the floor and then Mop and glowed over it, imbedding the stain on the stone. Also they did not completely cover my floor with the mop and glo agent so I have spots that are not polished at all. Lastly after 2 days the mop and glo they used started to peel and leave streak marks all over my house. I sent pictures to Jeff, and asked that he come over and polish floor as per our contract. Take a look below and see the substandard work they did. Also see the contract where it clearly states Waxed, and highly polished in the contract. None of which happened. Do not use this company they do not do what they state, and due horrible work.

There are very few companies that specialize in this in San Antonio ( the carpet cleaning companies don't do great work) so after cleaning it ourselves last year we finally found this company and are very happy that we did ! They came out for an estimate and it was priced right so we decided to go ahead and schedule. They scheduled to arrive Memorial Day at 8am. They arrived early and waited until 8am on the dot - so great to have a company that arrives when they say they will. They sent out three techs which meant they were able to get the job done in around 4 hours which given the amount of tile and the fact they cleaned and stained / sealed the grout was pretty incredible. The techs were extremely nice and professional. And did a careful job, very clean and neat! We found one area that needed a touch up and they immediately returned to address . The end result looks great and it comes with a warranty so you can trust them. Highly recommend !
