Contacted a carpet cleaning company at the behest of my wife, who had to convince me it was worth the money. Credit to her, she also found Aaron and Executive Clean. Aaron is professional, knows his stuff inside and out, is punctual, responsive, courteous, and most importantly highly capable. I've attached some photos of a before and after of our hallway, which has been terrorized by our dogs for a while - there is no comparison! It's like new again. He was even kind enough to help move some bulky furniture out of the way to better get at an area rug. He's very reasonably priced, and kudos to him for posting clear prices on his website, which most companies do not, they all just play the "call for an estimate" game, which I hate. As an aside, he may not answer the first time you call; he's pretty busy. Just leave a VM and he'll get back to you. There is no reason to use anyone else in San Antonio. The online schedule was a breeze, then I had to change my date and I called like @ 7 pm and he was able to accommodate his schedule to make it work. The carpets looked better when he was done then they did when I moved in! No more puppy stains or weird smells. I had the basic treatment plus the pet enzyme treatment. A simple google search led me to Executive Clean where I noticed their great reviews, good informative website that showed upfront prices. I called them and was easily able to get the cleaning scheduled. I'm very satisfied with the job they did, especially considering they charge a very reasonable price. I paid $20 more for a reputable company over going with some random person on Craigslist and it was well worth it IMO. Not only did we get our full deposit back, but the owner of the house thanked & complimented us on how well it was taken care of; and that's due in part to the great job that Executive Clean did cleaning the carpet. When they were done, the carpet looked new again (after 7 years of foot traffic), AND also smelled clean & fresh. I can't recall the name of the owner as I wasn't home at the time, but my girlfriend told me they were very professional and friendly. First off, Aaron was patient and understanding when I missed his first two messages to confirm our appointment. We have a little one and the night prior happened to be long. He still showed up! I will never use any other carpet service as long as I live in San Antonio. Aaron was very professional when talking to us, but had such a great, personable, fun and interesting personality to go with it! He was very thorough with cleaning out high traffic dog areas. We need 3 carpeted rooms cleaned and an area rug. He even offered to help us move the heavy furniture back.
