Not only did they clean the carpets but they used a wonderful disinfectant and put a dupont teflon coating on the stairs. Our carpet looked almost brand new and it was 10 years old. The price they gave is the price I paid! Five months later, my new house is built and I have new carpet. I remember the dupont teflon on the stairs from all the potential buyers going in and out of my previous house and we had a lot of traffic! I wanted that on all of my new carpet before we moved in especially with pets coming into the house -so I called Mark. I only searched for a few companies and this was the only one I called and they returned my call within the hour. That says a lot about small businesses in San Antonio when in most cases many NEVER return a voicemail/ message. The quote over the phone was seamless and a no obligation to visit us and schedule service was very convenient and accommodating as all this was done a few weeks before Thanksgiving 2017. Alex called and reminded us he was en route. Alex reviewed everything with my family and the estimate was just in line with the phone quote. The only addition was the enzyme additive which Alex assured me was highly recommended by them and also real estate agents. Alex completed the task timely and was very professional and more than willing to educate us on caring for the flooring and carpet. I have new furniture and carpet in my home and had some stains especially on the carpet from all the rain we've had and everyone in my house tracking in mud and grease. I looked on Google and found Mark from Best Carpet.I knew these guys had to be good when i saw that the owner had 30 years of experience. We called them out to our home to take care of the carpets and upholstery. Mark, the owner came out with one of his technicians and evaluated my stains and problem areas, then told me everything that was needed. They went into all the rooms, cleaned my carpets and everything else as if it looked brand new. I was astounded at the results. This guy and his team did a great job. I went ahead afterwards and purchased the carpet protection system because he showed me how well it protected my carpets and fabric from stains. This stuff is amazing how it repelled water and dirt. Best Carpet Cleaning Experts came through for us when we were left hanging by another carpet cleaning company. I called and asked for a quote for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The price was fair so we scheduled my service for 2 days later (very timely as we had already rearranged furniture etc. in anticipation of other company coming to clean and we didn't want to put things back and do all over again). "Man" and his service tech arrived 1 hour into the 2 hour window-for-arrival and called when they were on the way. They looked at the carpet and tested it for hidden pet urine stains and to our surprise they found several. (We were not aware the people who lived here before had pets!) Therefore we decided to add a topical enzyme treatment as well as DuPont Teflon to reduce wear and tear. They completed the job in about an hour+/- and advised it could take 4-6 hours to dry. We came home this evening to a mostly dry carpet that looks a great deal better! And, I feel better knowing those hidden pet urine stains were discovered and treated! Thanks to Man and team! Scheduling was painless and candid; Eric and Mann showed on time and after an inspection discussed my options. The unfortunate bit was we had mystery soiling in a few spots, funky something of unknown source. Best Carpet Cleaning Experts went over what it could be and how they could attempt to save the carpet in this rental, i.e., save my security deposit. They did a restoration, and I kept my security deposit. My impression is that Best Carpet Cleaning Experts care about doing a good job and make every effort to ensure you know your options and pricing. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to get your carpet not only cleaned, but sanitized and restored. We moved into a rental home and the carpet was in very bad shape. It was about 8 years old and was dark and had obvious stains. The office staff was very helpful and set up the appointment when I needed it. The guys showed up and assesed the situation. They showed us everything we could not see with their tools and found dog pee everywhere and even blood. We did spend more than the basic package to get everything cleaned and sanitized, but we were very happy with the results. They even cleaned the baseboards. Considering how old and gross it was we paid about $350 for a master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms, a study, a large living area, and 2 hallways which was pretty much the whole house. I would highly recommend Mark and his team for any carpet cleaning need. He was able to work around my schedule, called me to let me know they were on the way, and showed up on time. Before he cleaned the capets, he did a thorough examination of our carpet with an ultraviolet light to look for hidden stains and test for dampness. He was able to make recommendations to me based on traffic through the rooms - I didn't feel pressured to upgrade, and his prices are more than reasonable. We have two older dogs and a toddler, so our carpet can get a bit grimy looking, but after Mark came through, it looks brand new. I highly recommend this company. The entire team was very professional from start to finish. I recently purchased a home and shortly after I started dealing with odors I could not explain and large spot In my floor. I tried to spot clean on my own but the spots would resurface and My allergies were going crazy. Mr. Man came in and gave me a through inspection of my carpet.
