However, the last rental was a nightmare. I called to book a skid steer May 13th. I was quoted $639. 37 by Zane for a tracked skid steer for the weekend. I called back to book it and Zane changed the pricing to $1100. We rented anyway. We were able to use it the first day Friday but after some use a pin broke and l stopped work. We waited for a replacement. Got the replacement. Did some work and the safety switch had a problem. We waited for the mechanic to fix it. He removed the safety and told us to use it just be careful. Sunday morning I filled it with diesel and there was a problem with the safety which did not allow us to do any work and text the mechanic promptly. Zane had the guys pick up the skid steer Monday and said we could have one more day to make up for the no work days And down time. When the guys showed up to pick it up our pumper was trying to help them get it out of the work area. Zane is accusing me and my wife of lying and fraud to take advantage and get extra work.  We do not take this lightly. As successful realtors our integrity is everything and to have Zane say we are lying is unacceptable. We are trying to get this matter to someone above him because this matter is still not closed and we did not get what Zane had promised. We asked Zane to give us a contact to the owners and he would not give an email of phone number. We deliver on what we promise to our clients! Who's the liar "Zane"!

I was able to do the job I needed in the time I predicted. (I could have never done it with a four wheel bobcat.). The machine was in great condition, practically new, and functioned flawlessly. The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload. (Next time I'll probably take advantage of their delivery and pickup service.) The pickup and return was easy and laid back. Friendly guys and great to do business with.
