When they called me back to do the services they said that there was an overtime charge even though there website clearly states that there aren't any. When questioned about it, I was told that the website was under construction and that there is in fact an overtime charge. When the gentleman got here he didn't let me know who he was, i had to ask if he was here to fix my ac. I basically had to pry any info that I needed from him. He fixed my unit and I had to ask what is what that needed to be replaced he never told me anything unless I asked him. When it came time to pay for the services I was told that they would call me Monday since I was paying by credit card. I recieved the call Monday and was told that there was a $7 fee to process a credit card ontop of the overtime fee that we shouldn't have had to pay due to false advertising. I will not be using this company again in the future and do not recommend them.

The house came with a home warranty. When the unit broke, the home warranty company wouldn't let me fix it myself. I wouldn't get reimbursed for anything if I worked on it. I called around and spoke to different contractors, but the owner of State Aire was the most knowledgeable contractor that I spoke to. More importantly, he had the same philosophies that I have as a manager. I was happy to see that translate through the work of his technicians, specifically Mario (pictured). He performed a textbook TXV replacement. He used the manufacturer's recommended procedures, top of the line tools, and exhibited solid industry knowledge.
