For the air handler the damaged my door frame, left out drain plugs wired the thermostats incorrectly. I didn't figure out that they had left one of my fresh air return ducts completely unconnected until I was able to go to the far side of my attic. I mistakenly paid for the incomplete job and they have been non-responsive when asked to come back out to finish the job.
