Thankfully I heard from Technician Kyle Rodgers at 8:45 this morning and he arrived right when he said he would, diagnosed the clogged drainpipe issue, and set about to fix it. I appreciate the time and effort he took to handle the problem efficiently and effectively, and the fact he gave clear explanations of the issue and how he'd remedy it as he went along. I'm very grateful to Kyle and happy to have my house cool again.

They sent a couple of guys and they had it fixed it in a couple of hours. My sink worked after they left. Another emergency involved our A/C system. We had contacted a local Comfort HVAC company but they could not get the part needed to fix our AC. After 8 days without AC, mind you, this was the middle of August in Texas, we finally called 72 Degrees. I told them about the problem and told them we wanted to have the AC fixed by the end of the day. Believe it or not, they were able to get a part from San Antonio, drove it out to our residence, installed it and had AC that early afternoon! What a service. Now, here is the rub. It cost us a lot of money. In my humble opinion, they charge too much but you know, if you're hot after not having any AC for over a week, you will find a way to get it fixed.
