Never operated one of…read morethese but the guys were very helpful in getting me up to speed and gave me good warnings about the most common errors users make as well as anything the machine could do. The lift worked as it should and got me safely into the areas I needed to be in order to safely remove dead limbs and areas infested with ball moss. In the past I have used pole saws to do this type of work. That won't happen again. The bucket is the way! Now we have about 1/4 cord of dry and another 1/4 cord of green to set back. So 1/2 cord of usable wood and no 911 calls! Be smart, use the basket and always have someone on the ground to help keep an eye on the outriggers and the boom clearance during large rotational sweeps! Just stop by the San Marcos location and ask for Tad!

I also asked for the price and they confirmed $479.99 and they also provided the price of the model up for SR200. I drove 30 min to purchase it and they asked if i would like them to test out the unit to ensure everting worked? I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. This is bait and switch and I can understand not always updating your website but that's why I called and asked for the price and inventory. Very disappointing after driving 30 min to support local Austin business and then 30 min to return home.
