The machines are decent priced the dryers are great they are the cheapest to dry clothes then anywhere else I've ever used. I can use the big 6 load machine with an extra wash and dry all of the clothes all for little less then $15. That's pretty good considering at my apartments it's $2 wash $4 dry 1 load. The 6 load machine really washes 6loads thoroughly so I am always confident my clothes well come out clean and fresh. Don't forget to get the bonus word off Facebook for discount on all the machines as well! Keep up the great work guys! Only negative thing I can say is the laundry cards it gives a site to check the balance online that isn't the right site and the actual site is a hit and miss if it recognizes the card number. But still better then quarters! And not to mention all the charity this laundry mat provides for the homeless and needy in Aberdeen making it available for everyone to have clean clothes and not be judged the moment they walk in the door they ared fair and treat everyone the same as far as I've seen I've even witnessed an employee paying out of her own pocket to help a women who didn't have enough to cover all of her laundry. The lead installer was described by one of my neighbors as "unctious" which I had to look up in the dictionary. It's good because I was stuck somewhere between condescending and rude. As bad as the install was, it took three times as long as the owner promised. So long in fact, that he drove out just to see why. When he was shown photos of the "finished" job and admitted it was bad and did nothing but threaten to send the same guy back. It is better to spend your money on an out of town, county or even state company to start with because for a viable system, you will eventually. Luckily, one became available at the last minute at Bayview. We had understood we had until 6 pm on the moving day to get to the storage unit our daughter had reserved in Hoquiam. Halfway through the drive our daughter texted we needed to be there by 5 pm, which was not going to happen due to heavy traffic on the freeway. We informed our daughter to contact Suzanne, who graciously agreed to stay and greet us at 5:30 even though she had other obligations at 6 pm. We were a few minutes past the 5:30 deadline and worried that Suzanne would leave before we got there. But again our daughter contacted Suzanne who confirmed she would still wait for us to show up, acknowledging that we had had a very long day. To our great relief, when we arrived she was very friendly, gracious and welcoming. She showed us where the unit was so we could start unloading the rented truck. When my wife went into the office to sign the rental contract, she found out our daughter did not have a lock for the storage unit. Suzanne quickly solved the problem by selling us a lock at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Bayview Mini Storage for Suzanne's commitment to great customer service and because of how well we were treated. She never made us feel like she was inconvenienced because we ran behind. She was always professional and, we feel, went above and beyond to show how much she valued our business.

They have nice vending machines with plenty of selection for detergent and fabric softener. There is also a small arcade for while you wait, as well as multiple large tables to fold your clothes on. I feel the price per load is a little high, and the machines could use some more load cycle selections as the only option is water temp, but overall this is the best laundry shop in the area. Be sure to bring a debit or credit card, as the machines all have card readers rather than taking coins or cash. There is a machine you can use to add coins or cash to a debit card that is accepted on the machines, including the vending machines and video games. That is a nice convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.
