I went to staples to pick up a new printer. The printer is selected was the last one on the shelf and the box had a dent in it. I got home and opened the box and realized that the printer was missing the ink and the wrapping. I discovered that this printer was a return although the box was taped like it had not been opened. I had to go back to the store and explain the situation. The manager went to get a new printer that was in the overstock area. I'll definitely double check my purchases from now on. read more

I was standing outside Staples on Kirkwood highway Saturday at 8:55 am and it was very cold. Two ladies showed up at 9:01 and they said give us a minute. After ten minutes one of the ladies came back and said we'll need fifteen more minutes. The two guys that work in the shipping and printing department are rude and treat people like they are stupid. I watched a customer this morning get talked to like he was a moron. The associate proceeded to ignore him to ask me a question then lied to me about what he could do and could not do. I assume he just didn't want to help him or I. Went to copy center at noon to have blueprint copies made. Salesperson says "We're really busy so you need to come back at 4:00. Went back at 5:30 to pick them up and was told "Sorry, we were busy today and didn't get a chance to make the copies. You can come back tomorrow" . Asked for the manager who also was no help. He says "I don't know what to tell you" Really, how about "I'll get them copied right now while you wait". No customer service at all. So, next day I went to Kennett Copies and More- got prompt, courteous service and my copies in less than 1 hour. Support your local business and not big chain stores! read more

I came here on Monday July 2nd, 2018 to print something and the two ladies, one with red hair and especially the one with pink hair were courteous and super sweet. They apologized profusely that my printing order was taking long (which wasn't even their fault since the email was taking long to be sent out). Keep up the great service! Two thumbs up! read more

This store appears not to be well-staffed. That is, there are plenty of staff members -- but either they are not well-trained, or they do not respond well to training. Since this is my nearest Staples, I have been been here many, many times. The 2 stars I have provided here are for the excellent Copy and Print Center staff, who have always been responsive and helpful. Other staff seem sullen and not interested in helping. Recently, I ordered printer ink through the "One Hour Store Pickup" option. When I arrived, several hours later, no one was available at the Online Pickup window. After about 10 minutes, during which two staff members walked right past me to staff additional registers, I interrupted the original single cashier, and asked about the Online Pickup location, where I had been standing. His reply was "Well, we're kind of busy now." My last visit! They are not the only office supply store, and apparently are no longer the most convenient. read more

I had a $10 off coupon and bought a 20 pack of Staples toilet paper for $12.99. I read the reviews on this toilet paper and decided to try it. I tried it and it seem to tear better than the Scott paper. I am happy I made the purchase. The only thing was I had to wait for the manager to put the coupon in because it would not work for the cashier. For the price I paid I am not complaining about this so that is why I gave a 5 star. read more

I have shopped at 3 locations however, I have had some good experiences at Prices Corner. But at the Newark location it was always a better experience. Now I am stuck with prices corner I do hope they start hiring more professional employees since I am disabled now I never find anyone to help at that location. read more

Let me start by saying I wish i could give this place ZERO stars. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and flat out disgustingly disrespectful customer service that bordered on con-artistry. Note to anyone reading, do not support this staples location. After asking a sales rep for help buying HDMI cable and trying to fool, pressure him into a sale, one of the employees followed my grandfather (mind you who struggles with dementia) and I outside of the store and proceeded to point and laugh at him while he was walking away behind his back. I wonder how they can sleep with their consciences at night. As if scheming isn't bad enough, the fact that they went out of their way to disrespect my family and I as well as attempt to take advantage of an elder with dementia (and then proceed to laugh at how dementia afflicts the elderly) speaks volumes about the kind of scourge of the earth scumbags that are employed here read more

Well While The Actuall Store Deserves a Better Rating, This Rating was based of from my experience with the copy and print center, i am a high school student that likes to add an extra "umph" to his projects by presenting a poster with his projects, i have always designed my own work and in the past i have delt with two very helpful people they are a male and a female each one in their "early 20's". Before these two employees the place was great, for some reason the artwork i provided always came up a different size than what was needed so they would try to print and if anything was off they would reprint until the job was perfect and best of all they would give me the "trial runs" free of charge. but recently i have found a different person, this person is rude, unresponsible and just plain depressing. I walked in and asked for some prices which she did not know and she did not care to look up. I asked for a 11x17 print on photo paper. I always work in photoshop and ive been working with it for the past 6 years. So i know my artwork is correct in size, she printed the first two where out of size and after that she just gave up! She RIPPED the trial runs and threw them in the trash, and she said that my job was not going to be able to print, so i had to settle for a smaller size (8.5X11) which she still preceded to charge me at the price of (11X17). One thing is for sure i would rather drive 10 miles up rt 141 to the staples on RT 13 than ever come back here. The service was just Terrible read more
