I'm convinced that they pay their staff too little -- and don't give them part ownership in this important service. When workers share in the profits -- when they see their BONUS at the end of the year, they will pay attention to details. Party City has arrived at this location! So glad to see the party supplier has come back to Savannah while I popped in here for expensive printer ink. Staples is going to need to hire more employees to handle the holiday -Party City crowds because it was hard to find one on my visit. Additionally, it was obvious the employees would rather be anywhere else other than work. read more

Everything can be done online or at a custom print shop...can't rely on retail for anything requiring professional attention. This is retail, can't have professional quality for low wages. They overcharge so they can recoup operational loss and shrink but deliver minimum basic quality. People working there are stretched thin and required to be hands on everywhere. Just went into Staples to have packages weighed. As we approached the copy center an employee came from behind the counter and walked away. He didn't bother to tell us that the copy center was closed. I saw the sign after he walked away. read more

I had an awesome experience at this store! Renee helped me with business cards. They turned out wonderful and were affordable. Also a big shout out to all the good customer service I got from Phillip, Ronda, Jeremy, Mayrel, and Jacob. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lamination is the reason I come here the most. The ladies are always pleasant and service never takes too long. I normally leave my items and come back the next day, so I'm never really looking for rush service. I think the only other items I've purchased here have been ink and clearance items. I normally always shop here for things on sale. I like stationary items, but I am never willing to pay full price. They have a huge, almost always, vacant lot, so you can't complain about parking. read more

I went to get a 100pg book unbinded, nothing else and was refused service because it was 5:20pm and she said "i dunno how long it gon' take me, so you gon' have to come back tomorrow 'cuz I ain't staying late." Always have friendly service at the Copy&Print counter. They are very helpful and easy going. The wait is never too long, but when they do have an overload of customers, they are quick to receive help from other departments. I print here a lot and enjoy the customer service. One time I printed here and had to return the work the next day because it simply wasn't going to work for me, and they gladly reprinted everything at no charge. read more

Talk about understaffed. At the copy center for 15 minutes to ship a package. While their phone is literally ringing off the hook. The woman started to finally help me she is 100% uneducated. Savannah has the worst workforce.... This is why I try to do everything on my own..... read more

Called this location to see about printing invitations for my daughters birthday. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and stated that although she couldn't print them behind the counter it would be very easy for me to come into the store and print on their computers for $0.58. The next day we drove the 45 minutes to this location and as soon as we got to the printing area the lady said there couldn't be cardstock used in the printer because it's new and that actually there isn't anything she can do to help and we can't print here. I explained that the file was paid for and purchased on etsy. When she no longer wanted to listen to me or provide help she just stood behind the counter and started other work while I stood there being ignored. read more

This place was deserted as I walked in. Definitely looked like it may be on its way to getting closed and going out of business. So different than the local Staples store I frequented back in North Carolina. But then I knew why after dealing with their employees. I placed a print order online and was hoping to pick it up as this was what I was used to doing at my other Staples store in NC. The girl at the print & copy service station seemed nice at first but helpful or going out of her way to help a customer, she was definitely not. First of all, I NEVER had a print order at my old Staples where the order had an expiration date. So I guess I missed it by one day but seriously she couldn't just do me a favor and print it anyway??! Wasn't a big print job either but she was like, "no sorry you have to email the order online and then wait for an order no. and just depends when we can print it.." Really?!There was literally no one else in the store - it was dead. The other employee who checked me out for some ink I ordered to pick up at the store shared the same sentiments as his fellow employee and just shook his head like there was nothing they could do. I walked out really upset as I only drove 40 mins. to go pick it up as I don't live in Savannah. Will never do business with this store ever! Employees seem lazy and not customer oriented. I've tried multiple times to like this store but each time is more disappointing than the next. The lack of inventory could be overlooked, even the slow checkouts and understaffed store could be overlooked, but the pure unadulterated rude employees, some whose badges claim multiple years of employment, can't be overlooked. If you like shopping somewhere where the employees are rude, condescending, and downright nasty then this is the place for you, if not keep driving or order online at Amazon and save yourself the nightmare! read more
