The guy was very confident about fixing the iPad when I called on the phone, but once they get you in the shop the smoke and mirrors starts. When he says that the repair cost is "market price" and he had to look it up, that is a scam. These guys are fast talking scammers who might as well be selling used cars, and if their parking lot was bigger they might be doing so. This place of business is really hard to find, so consider yourself lucky if you don't find it.

These guys are so bad…read more... #1 - they charged me $458 twice and they are saying that it didn't happen. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

When I brought it back in, they refused to act honorably and complete the repair I had paid for. We had to get a screen replaced on my partner's laptop and for 3 MONTHS, this "business" told us *every week* that it would be done by week's end. They often would say they were "waiting on a part to be in", then say "the part is in and it will be done by the end of the week". Then, the next week another problem would appear "the mouse pad is malfunctioning" (not a problem that was present when we brought the computer in) and "the part was on the way" to fix it. Each time we had to call every week for 12 weeks because Jacob and Miranda never communicated to us first. We had finally had enough and said we were picking up the laptop done or not. Jacob said we would have to make an appointment to pick up the laptop- which costs 5 dollars for a 5 minute appointment to pick up the laptop I paid 325$ for them to replace the screen on that they kept for 3 months. When my partner arrives to pick it up- they said they just needed a "few minutes" to finish it up. The 5 minute pick up lasted 25 minutes as they were gluing the computer back together right in front of her. They then tell her not to open it because " the glue was drying". She inquired why they weren't checking it's functionality with her there like they had said we would at our initial drop off. They then assured her she could bring it back if something was wrong. She returned home and after giving the glue time to dry- they gave us- shit you not- the laptop without the charging port in the computer. For 3 months my partner was not able to use her computer for work, and we get... a laptop that you can't turn on. Sounds like something on the list of basics that a computer needs but maybe we should have waited another year for them to be finished? Who's to say? So, after calling to see if they *forgot* the charging port and receiving no response despite my partner and I calling 6 times on different days, I ended up fixing the computer myself. Luckily, this is a teachable moment and we can leave this review to warn others. Don't bother looking at the positive reviews. I thought I could trust them too but the likelihood of you having a positive experience is not worth the exhaustion of tracking these folks down to get your electronics back. Save yourself from the unprofessionalism of Jacob and Miranda and take your business to someone who cares enough to communicate with you. And gives you back all the pieces you gave them. I'm attaching two pictures so they can compare what's missing, like they do in Highlights magazine for kids.
