The worst store that i have ever delt with needed copies made, the lady was rude and couldn't be bothered. she would rather talk with coworkers than help customers. the amount of time she spent talking she could have made the copies I needed. but no, she couldn't do them until the end of the day. DON'T GO TO STAPLES IN ROCKPORT ME IF YOU NEED ANY COPING DONE !!! read more

Hours posted on their door say they are open until 7:00pm on Mondays, yet by 6:30pm, they had the doors blockaded and were vacuuming away pretending like I wasn't there during what was supposed to their open business hours. read more

The staff is always super friendly here, though it can be hard to find them. Often, they don't have what I'm looking for and I end up getting it on amazon. However, they do have a lot of services like printing and shipping. I always get confused as to where I will find items which means I have to go looking for staff. Parking is very easy as it's in a large shopping plaza. If you want to do local printing of photos go to PDQ in downtown rockland. read more

I needed to replace the battery in my iPhone 7 Plus. Staples in Rockland charges $139 for this service. I checked with Best Buy in Augusta, ME where the cost is only $49. Best Buy is Apple certified and they have easy online scheduling. I'm giving this store two stars because the staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Otherwise it would be one star for charging nearly three times the cost at Best Buy. read more

This place has the most rudest and snobby works and they are super unfriendly. They told me they would hold something for me and they sold them to one of there friends. And they super rude about it and lied. I will Never shop there ever again bc of this(this is not the first time) read more

This is the only post office in America that I actually look forward to walking into…read more 1. You will ALWAYS be greeted with a smile, and likely by someone who knows you or knows of you through your family that comes in (if you are local) 2. It's not crowded. Like ever. I've never had to wait here. There is usually only one person working at the front desk and someone in the back to take care of any problems. 3. The new grid box at the intersection of main st and beechwood has made it much easier to get in and out of the parking lot without making every route 1 driver angry. They have signs everywhere that they prefer small bills and when I tried to pay with a 20 they didn't make me feel like an idiot and let me slide with my 78 cents in my pocket for my $1 charge! AT THE POST OFFICE!!!! I would come here even if I didn't live in Thomaston to avoid basically any other post office.

I have also used them to pull and replace the water pump, and that pump was a couple hundred feet in the ground, but they have never left me stranded!. If you have plumbing issues, they will not let you down!
