Abysmal customer service. I went twice because I had to and regretted it. First time I had an Amazon return. There was only one customer rep for all the cash registers and Amazon counter. The rep proceeded to help everyone checking out (even ones that arrived after me) before handling my return. I should have been in and out but was there 20 min. A frustrated customer spoke to the manager about the poor experience. Today I went back for an online pickup, and the experience was even worse. All the cash registers and and online pickup/Amazon return stations were EMPTY. I wanted to take a picture as proof but didn't want to be "mean." If they're going to insist on being short-staffed, at least put a bell on the counter. read more

I really like this Staples. Unfortunately, its kind of tucked away behind the strip mall and a bit on the smaller side compared to other Staples in the area. However, the staff is friendly, everything is neat and stocked well so you dont have to search for anything and they certainly have the bases covered on all the essentials you need for any office. The clearance section at this location is awesome and big and I cant explain it, but they seem to have more items on sale haha. There is never a line when checking out and every staff member I have ever met has always been very kind and helpful. read more

Staples.... Pretty standard location as far as layout and stock goes. If you've been to one Staples, you've basically been to them all. Price ranges - some good, but mostly not so good. You can usually find something at a competitor (online or not) cheaper than what Staples prices it at. I was looking for something specific and was in the area and figured I'd check this location out since I haven't been inside here in over a decade. I found what I was looking for without any interaction or help from employees, which is fine. The register situation needs some work. There were about 6 registers scattered in what would be considered the front - there are two entrances here, so the registers placed between both. The problem isn't the layout, but it's the fact that there is no spot indicated for people to wait for the next available cashier. So basically it's everyone for themselves and despite someone waiting in line for a long time, some other customer can just jump to the next open register. Some customers are fair and intelligent, but some aren't and don't much care for whom they cut off in line. The cashiers were VERY slow the day I was there and some of the customers formed an impromptu line in which most of the customers got behind. I only had one item, but had to wait for quite an unusually long period of time for my one item to be rung out. I get it that sometimes you need to wait in line and I have no issues with that - the issue I do have is past the unorganized register area is the fact that there were at least 4 registers open and a manager in front, yet the cashiers were real slow. I've had slow cashiers before, but this was pretty ridiculous. And again, I will rarely ever complain about waiting in a reasonable line or waiting my turn. This is located in the back of a large shopping plaza. You can drive to the main entrance in the back or you can park in the main lot and come through the second entrance in the middle of the stores (between a furniture store and Game Stop) depending on what you're coming for. There is ample enough parking on both sides. So all in all a pretty standard Staples minus the dumb register set up. Fairly convenient location, though if you're not familiar with the area, you may not realize there's a back entrance...which is the main entrance. Typical office supplies here, nothing out of the ordinary. Staff can either be super helpful, or they're completely worthless--all depends on who you get. IMPORTANT: Pay attention if you use coupons. Our guy today almost wasted a $20 reward because he wasn't paying attention to the coupon stub. He was the biggest space cadet ever. Terrible. Printing center is good, very convenient to order everything online and just pick it up. Good quality paper and everything is printed clearly. read more

Understaffed, dirty, disheveled shelves and 10 - 20 Minute waits in line. They had two registers open and the line snaked around the corner! I'd have taken pictures but I don't want to get fired. If you know anyone who needs a job in this neighborhood tell them to apply and they can surely negotiate a high salary. read more

AVOID IF YOU CAN. I notice that the four and five star reviews are at least a year old. I was there today and it was awful. I had a customer service issue and was being helped by someone in that department. Then the store manager, Lou, came over and began yelling at me. He needed this employee, who was very close to resolving my issue, in another part of the store and I was not allowed to the employee's time! He was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I replied to him that this employee was standing beneath the Customer Service sign when I began talking to her, he turned his back and walked away. So rude! I will NEVER be back. read more

In general I like this store. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient 7 days. However, they could be more organized. But, they sell many products and that's sometimes difficult. I think Staples Corporate needs to improve their quality control to not only ensure they're selling consistently good merchandise, but to better react to any situation beyond the store's control. Dealing with Staples Corporate was time consuming and frustrating. Ultimately a given store location can be affected by poor corporate management. With all said, I recommend the store as a very good place to find reasonably priced merchandise. read more

The tall lanky guy behind the counter has an attitude, finds it difficult to smile and is unapproachable. Really Staples? Is this the best people you can hire? You get what you pay for and if that guy is poorly paid and takes it out on the customers, then it's a lose, lose situation for the both of you. Definitely easy place to pick up most office needs. Often, though, I am told to order items on-line, because there are more choices on the Staples.com website. Problem with on-line ordering is Staples' very sloppy shipping. My last order arrived on time, but several items were broken. Opened one carton to find paper clips spread everywhere. This place is disgraceful. I went in last night around 8pm (they close at 9pm) because I needed 100 copies quickly made. I asked the guy behind the counter for help (he was aloof and on his phone) and he told me that it couldn't be done because he "didn't have time". Again, I needed 100 single-page copies made, not 1000, and the store was empty. I really thought it was a joke and asked again, but he still insisted that it couldn't be done that night. Astonished and outraged, I asked to speak to the manager, who was as useless and disrespectful as the hoodlum behind the counter. The manager claimed the kid didn't have time "because he had a lot of online orders to process," so he also told me to come back tomorrow to pick them up. I just walked out in disgust. It's really scary to live in a world where simple customer service is nonexistent. It's no wonder this chain is on the verge of bankruptcy... read more
