Kept pushing off the dates that they would be ready. Owner was extremely rude & not helpful. Actually ignored our phone calls to the main store after awhile. I mean, when someone's had your computers for 6 months & nobody will answer/call you back, what are you supposed to do?? Tech guy would lie & say he changed his phone number numerous times or that "Comcast wasn't working". Police had to be involved in order for us to get our computers back. Then lied and said that the company was closing & that he hasn't been paid in months due to the owners "health?" Promised a replacement computer, never happened, of course. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY!

If you are in search of a top-notch printer with even better customer service, look no further. As…read morea business owner myself, I know one thing for sure: loyal customers are not earned through smooth sailing, but how we rise to meet difficult challenges. I brought a print job to Tom and Elainey last week. It wasn't an easy one, being that I'm located in Austin, Texas and our client is near Boardman. We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. Alas, the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine lit up my Yelp page!! There's a Minuteman in Boardman!! I knew upon my first call with them I made the right choice. Elainey kindly listened to my plight and was ready to jump in and help. Over the past week, myself and my team have worked closely with her and Tom to make sure this next run was PERFECT. They went as far as to print multiple proofs for me & took snapshots with their phone so I could rest assured that I would be delivering a perfect product to my client. (Who does that?!) They never seemed rushed, although I know they are busy. They always listened, although I know I talked too much. They are great people running a great business and I think you've found your printer!! I know I have!! I'm not even kidding. I'm trying to figure out how I can continue to use them remotely... lol Thank you Minuteman Boardman!! Your Austin fans love you!!

So, I won an item in an auction, which uses this UPS store to ship. The price to ship was $42.44,…read morewhich is more expensive than the price of the item itself. What are you gonna do? Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.
