I am displeased about the inaccurate value entered without my input; the package was being shipped overnight to the Embassy of a foreign country in Washington. The agent should have asked me the value of the contents which included my passport!!! Hopefully the package will arrive safely and on time and this concern will be unimportant. It is annoying, however. Secondly, I discovered after I had given good feedback on the survey, the UNdeclared (by me) value was much lower than it should have been AND that if my next order is less than $40 I will not even get a discount! I told them I'd be willing/eager to purchase a new one from them, as a small business. The tech messaged me an hour later that he'd found the same machine (which I loved) at another business, on sale, even. He saved me over a hundred dollars at his own loss, and I thought that was the mark of a businessman out to keep his customers long-term.
