Dirty store, ALWAYS OUT OF WHAT I NEED, third time in a row, drive to Walmart. Typical for this area

I've never had a bad experience at staples. Management and their staff have always been very helpful and friendly. There has been times where I just needed to drop off some UPS packages and not buy anything and Staples employees treated me no different then a paying customer. This location has been around a while & there have been issues with crime in the surrounding area, but that doesn't stop the Management & sales associates from doing a great job. Every time I come here, they are always so helpful & courteous. They greet you when you come in & offer assistance when ever they see you. The managers are usually out on the floor helping people or stocking shelves. I always go check out their clearance section before I leave for the best deals. Keep up the good job guys. read more

Dropped off some stuff to be laminated and cut. I was charged almost $50! The associates don't make the prices so I can't get mad at them. I was told they would call me as soon as they were ready. Never got a call. Went in 2 days later and when I looked at the receipt they charged me $10.32 expedited fee. I asked what that was for since I never requested anything to be expedited. The girl took it upon herself to over charge me. The manager did apologize and refunded me. They get 3 stars for the good work that I wanted done. But I am leary of using their services again, which is too bad because I have a lot of projects coming up that I could have used them for. Just be sure to check your receipts for extra charges before you leave the store. read more

I go here frequently to print stuff from my USB drive. I typically use the self copy, scan and print machines because if you wait in line, it's ridiculous. There needs to be more employees in the Print and Copy area because it leaves people dissatisfied, especially if you're short on time. Sometimes there's only 1 machine that works for the self print, scan and copy therefore making the wait unbearable. The worse thing is when there are people who are completely clueless on how to use the machines, when they clearly should just wait in line. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every time I go to the print services area in this store the sales people act too busy to help you. I specifically said NO SPIRAL BOUND but the lady who was too busy to listen to my request did it anyway. The moment she was ringing up my transaction her cell phone rang and she said "that would be my phone" and WALKED AWAY from helping me to answer her cell phone! I clarified if this was a work phone or not and she said "no, it's my personal phone." I asked for a manager and she pointed to the lady standing next to us - who witnessed everything and didn't say a word! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager then told me she would help me but instead left me waiting so I decided to leave. Don't waste your time or money here. If her personal calls are too busy what is she doing working in a place that relies on CUSTOMERS to survive?! read more

We are here basically once a week. We do a ton of printing and Laura is phenomenal. Virgil is a great store manager and is always so helpful when we need anything. I really love this location and the staff. They remember their customers, which is really rare these days read more

Not happy with their new service to have an item delivered to your local store for pickup. I called today to find out where my item is and they said to check back later. It's supposed to be a one day delivery. I am in my fourth day! not happy. read more

This store may be small, but customer service is amazing! The employees at the printing department made sure that the lines were not long. One person asked each individual how they may help and made sure that our issues were addressed if it was something he was able to do immediately. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, but also professional and knowledgeable; even though I came in not feeling well and fumbling over my words, they were patient and knew exactly the questions to ask in order to get exactly what I wanted. I came in with the frame and a PDF version of a digital vision board. I received better than what I expected. Thank you! read more

The service was great! The staff is very Nice and knowledgeable they are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the printing center was amazing and she gave me all the information I needed I ordered invitations online. It was supposed to take 24 hours. It ended up taking less than 24 hours. I took some blue prints into Staples of Hemet the other day to have six sets made of three different building and foundation plans for a metal building I am erecting. 247 pages at $3.60 ea. = $967.01 What a complete rip off!!! They charged over double of any competitor in the valley. I was completely stunned. Shame on me for not asking the price. I have been a local family business owner for 50 years, and will never set foot in a Staples establishment again. read more

Order online pick-up in store in 2 hours, a big scam!!! I ordered online, my Son paid by his credit card on a Saturday. Never got an email. Called Sunday, was told the processing center is closed on the weekend. Customer Service said they would ship Monday to the store. On Wednesday, Staples called my son to verify the OK to charge his card. He asked, " can my Mother just get it at the Hemet Store,you have 2 in stock she said NO. He said then just ship it to her house, she said NO." UPS notified me the order was delivered on Friday at 1:30 pm. At 6:00 I called the store and was told, " these orders are delivered but no one ever knows where they go, we will call you when we find it." I went to the store, it was sitting at customer service. 6 days later I got my laptop that I need for my accounting and payroll job. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM STAPLES!!!!! I wrote this on their Facebook page, within hours it was gone/deleted.. Buyer Beware, do not order from Staples, Worst customer service ever!! read more

As I am writing this review I literally been standing here at the printing center for 20 minutes and I still have not been greeted or asked if I was doing alright with my printing. It's going on 15 minutes since I sent my fax job and it is still "sending". An associate was standing near me arranging something and despite that, she still did not welcome me or ask how things were going. The last time I was in here I had to try my print job three times and it still wouldn't go through. I asked for help and they didn't check on me to see if it finally work d. I was having a bad day and I had a breakdown and started crying and still, none of the associates (there was a manager, two associates, and a higher up that came to visit the store) asked me if they could help in any way. Finally the higher up asked if she could help me but still, not a single word from the associates that actually work in this store. I hate coming in here because of my horrible customer service experiences every single time. read more

Went in to return an All in one computer from Moreno Valley. The Manager really went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. He offered alternatives. Not only did he ask my needs, but he did what it took to fulfill my request. Really good customer service. read more

Ordered business cards and they were off center really bad. $16 is a decent price for okay quality, if only they were centered correctly.

Had a last-minute meeting and needed some help finding certain things. One of the employees helped me locate what I needed. Line was kinda long but I made it to the meeting in time with what I needed. read more
