Sad to see people have had bad experiences here. I personally have always had a good experience. I always bring my computer to the tech people and get any office supplies I need. They also make personalized stamps which really helped me out for work! read more

-5 stars for the worst customer service at this location! I came in to print out some pictures and it took me about 10 mins to even find someone who could help me and that's only because I asked the register lady for help! I saw one guy walking around and before I could ask for help he looked me up and down and walked away. Extremely rude! I walked up to the register lady and she was chatting away with someone for about 5 mins so I asked her if there was someone who could help me! She ignored me for a minute and then very rudely said "once I'm done talking I'll help you!" I bit my tongue and waited on her. After she finished gossiping, she rolled her eyes and hesitated to help so she just told the guy at the print machine to help me instead. Once I got my pics, I went back to the register to pay only to see that the same previous lady walked away quickly from the register in order to avoid me! Are u kidding me? So finally after a few mins another very friendly girl helped me out but honestly I couldn't run out of here fast enough! These are some very rude employees, will NEVER come here again!!!! read more

Worst customer service ever! I wanted 20 invitations and asked if I could get 10 pages printed out 2 invitations on each. Guy ended up giving me 20 pages double charging me for them and wouldn't even refund me because it was already used paper. I will never be back to this poorly run horribly managed store. read more

I am so disappointed. I own a pet store down the street from here. I came here to pick up 3 toners, paper and some markers. One male employee there made me feel like I was shoplifting. He helped me with the toner. I go to the register and a girl scans all my items, I put in our office membership # and I am ready to pay. Then he comes over and takes over the transaction, doesn't say why. I am waiting and waiting while he is searching something on his tablet. I asked what is happening, she just rang up my transaction, what is the hold up? He says he is checking inventory on the toners. I find that odd. He doesn't share why. I still wait. I am wondering why I am still waiting and watching him search a tablet and I see my total on the screen. The girl went to help another women. She got there after me and left before me. He keeps me there and I am not sure what I am still doing there. I am African American, so I can only assume I was "profiled" as a shoplifter. What else am I to think. I said I own the pet store down the street, I am not here to steal. What is the problem?? He realizes I am upset and says, oh no I am trying to price match the toners to give you a discount and yeah, I don't see any! If that was the case why wouldn't he share that? Why didn't he share that when you were in the aisle helping me? Why was it after my transaction was done and you just keep me waiting after I my items were scanned with no explanation until I had to say something? I paid my $350 and walked away dissapointed. I will NEVER to shop there again. I have 2 businesses and I buy office supplies all the time, but I will never buy again from staples in Granada Hills. read more

We had the most awful experience here. We had items printed, and the alignment was completely off when we received the items. When we went to get a new set printed we were yelled at, told we were liars, and scoffed at. Not sure what retail has come to in this world. Never go here. It's a joke. read more

Customer service should be a strong suit for any Staples associate. I would know, i worked there :) Unfortunately, the people I happened to run into there at 7 p.m. on Thursday night were lacking in that department. I went to the copy center to get a stamp made, something quick and easy I would think. WRONG! The associate at copy center didn't acknowledge me for the first ten minutes I was standing there. After she finally got off her high horse and decided to help me, she acted like I was boring her and she had other places she'd rather be. I felt like I was being a nuisance to her, so I just filled out the form she gave me and went on my way hoping it would turn out alright. I went around to pick up a few other necessities before checking out. The associate at the register was just blah the whole time. I get that it's 7 p.m. and you all wanna go home but damn! Make some effort to be nice! The manager wished me a good evening as I was walking out, the only decent customer service all night. Unlucky for me, I have to come back here to pick up my stamp. Other than that, I'm gonna steer clear of this particular Staples. The front was very cluttered and disorganized which makes me claustrophobic. Big enough parking lot to not have to wait around for someone to leave that is shared with Walgreens I believe. read more

Selena does a GREAT in the copy center!!! My son is a manager for a local restaurant and needs employee handbooks copied occasionally. I drop them off sometimes to assist him. When other employees make the copies there seems to be errors but when Selena handles the job it's always perfect!!! I hope Staples appreciates what a fabulous employee she is and what a great job she does!!! Thanks again Selena!!! read more

copy center has horrible service!!! and workers are rude and unpleaseant!!! manager is very incompetent

The staff is clueless. Came in to buy an item & went to cashier. She then went to the back room leaving me alone with my purchase. Another cashier ignored me until I call his attention. Just a waste of time to go there. Yet my biggest complaint is that it's be 9 days since I complained to corporate and all I get is robot emails saying somebody will contact me. They have my email & phone and it day 10 & nothing. I shouldn't be surprised as Staples will be closing a bunch if stores. With their customer appreciation all but gone I think we as customers will shop at Office Max where they sell the same item about 9% cheaper that I discovered. If you shop at Staples then you are an idiot. Do not shop at Staples. Beside, next year they will close all the stores and just be an on-line retailer based in the Philippines. This is a retailer that Bain Capital started and is advising them to close the store & dump the rest if the numbers don't pick up. With the way they treat customers ( go to their Facebook page and see the complaints & the lack of giving a damn that it gives us. I've been sent 4 robot-e-mails saying how sorry they are & that somebody will call me. That was 10 days ago, with the last one from the "so called " President's Office. It was so lame of attempt to appear that they give a flying F*@K if their customers are put out. You see the real reason why its only phone e-mails and NEVER EVER A VOICE is that they don't hire English speaking people in the Philippines. They only let the fuzzy logic computer programs make contact with people from the outside. LMFAO as they slip beneath the cold waters of oblivion. Makes you want to vote for Mitt as he wants to do the same to America to what he has done to Staples. Don't believe me, just look up his speech that touts the success of Staples. Yeah, but flesh & blood trumps dollar & cents as their is no sense for America to go the way of Staples. read more

Called in to see if they do ink cartridge refills. They said yes as long as you have their rewards card. We thought Great! We're in a hurry, it's close. We have projects due and not a lot of money. We get there and were told "We don't do that, but we can take your cartridges for recycling." When asked if they have "Kits", he said he didn't have kids. "No, kits, refilling kits." To which he replied "We don't have kids here." Done with this place! read more

I came to return a HP ink cartridge which I paid for $48. I don't have the receipt but I asked for a my refund and settled for a gift card. With no discussion, I was given a gift card. Lo and behold .... the gift card was for only $26. I asked why is it only $26. The manager said that's what the (company) system gave me. I said I like to buy more ink for $26 each. He said the price is $48.00 in the system. I can see a rip-off clearly here and I just said give me back my HP ink and you can have your gift card. Staples, I believe have no customer satisfaction policy but a systematic return merchandise rip-off. .... hmmm I think the wholesale price is $26 ea. and retail for $48 ... almost 100% profit. Staples find other suckers ! read more

They steal uses packages at that store i dropped a package on Monday January 26th around 4:30th with a prepaid label and one of the employees stole it it was never delivered I call the manager to have him check the video and never called me back after because of that I had to refund the money to the buyer of the item I was mailing there is a bunch of thief at that store read more

Horrible customer service. No one on the floor to assist you, and only1 checkout open. So as the cashier proceeds to stand and talk to a woman for 10 minutes she looks up and see's me and then continues to talk to her. She finally calls someone to assist this woman but she still stands there talking. OK I'm the only one in line still so I walked up set my basket down and left the store. This is on Saturday at 2pm. The only place that was busy was the copy center. It had two customers. Most customers leave and never return. I'm just letting you know why I'm not returning. Good Luck! read more

I know this store is not known for their restrooms but I visited it when I arrived this morning at 10am. I was HORRIFIED at what I saw. It was obvious that it had not been serviced in over 24 hours. The trash can was so full that the towels were overflowing onto the floor. One stall had a soaked roll of tissue in it. The handicapped stall had no paper or seat covers. This was at 10 am !!!!!!! Also, there were two roaches on their backs, legs squirming. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! In walking the isles there was merchandise on the floor as if someone had ransacked the shelves. The manager should get there shit together since this is a reflection on them. I will not be returning to this FILTHY store. read more

Bad unfriendly customer service, I asked for help an employee in tech department. He didn't care me.
