Staples, Waterdown, Dundas Street
I will never shop here again. They have no respect for their customers. No respect for human rights.
I cannot wear a mask, I have had major surgeries and just came out of the hospital Wednesday. I still have a tube out of my side. I told them I was medically exempt from wearing a mask, but was told that I would have to have someone follow me around the store if I wanted to shop there. I told the staff member they can come find me in the store (only 4 people there anyways. He got upset, and went to a group of staff members standing around and said "can someone help me with this guy". Whom ever it was that came over said I had to leave the store, I informed them I had stated at the door that I was exempt, and that they had to respect my rights, its in the law. A lady butted in saying I had no rights, it isn't in the law, that she was a lawyer and knew it. I wouldn't hire her for anything. As for the store staff, I would say I was humiliated by their irrational behavior and attempt at stigmatizing me by singling me out in front of everyone there, and with having a staff member hover over me like a criminal. They broke the covid law, and showed me no respect at all, and none for human rights.
