Staples in Cupertino on Stevens Creek blvd will be closing on Jan 30 2026. I shall miss it. I bought a few laptops from that store. It was also convenient for returning Amazon items.

Terrible store manager, can't be bothered to help customers. Too busy and outright refused to show up at the counter. She should be fired.

That's when I decided to reach out to GoCell and spoke with Erish to set up an appointment. I drove all the way to his store in San Mateo, but unfortunately the camera part they had received was the wrong one and didn't fit my phone. Erish was very professional about it and genuinely apologized for having me drive all the way there for nothing. What really impressed me was that he didn't just leave it at that. He ordered the correct part right away and told me he would come to my house and fix it for me at no extra charge. And he actually did exactly what he promised in a day.. The camera is working perfectly now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Erish went above and beyond to make things right, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend GoCell and Erish if you need your phone repaired. Great service and, most importantly, someone who actually stands behind his words and work.

Eric and Said were very professional, responsive, and completed the repair exactly as expected. They also recommended replacing the battery, which I already knew was getting weak. I appreciated that they pointed it out without pressuring me to do it right away. I plan to have them replace the battery at a later date. I will definitely use them again.

I looked up my safari browser history and found all these porn sites on here. Also my computer was pretty dirty when they returned it so that's disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else with actual professionals that won't use your stuff after for their own personal use. Some where that's more than a group of polite guys that can repair things. After replacing my motherboard, why would they need to login, set up a password and the proceed to use my computer to look up tickets and porn? If they had to make sure things fully worked, I would have appreciated a factory reset. So instead I did a factory reset. I suggest anyone that got their items fixed here do the same just in case. Some red flags for sure. -------------------- 3.5 stars - I brought my MacBook to Califix after it suffered water damage, fully expecting it to be a total loss. At first, they weren't sure it could be saved either, but they took the time to take a deeper look--and I really appreciated that. They discovered the motherboard was fried and were able to replace it, which saved me from having to buy a whole new computer. Their team was friendly, professional, and communicative during the repair process. I was told that with a new motherboard, it would be "like a brand new computer," so I assumed setup would reflect that. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, I found out I couldn't even log in--there's a password still on the system, and I was never given one. This has been incredibly frustrating since I can't access my own device. To top it off, I also noticed a chip in the trackpad that wasn't there before. While I truly appreciate the effort they made to repair my Mac at an affordable price, these oversights really impacted my experience. I'm hoping they'll help resolve the remaining issues quickly.

I can confidently recommend uBreakiFix. I had a phone repaired this week...and I was provided…read moreabsolutely amazing service! Alondra and Troy are repair service superheroes! Let me preface by saying that I was worried about coming here. I had seen some reviews for uBreakiFix (this store and others). Some reviews are almost frightening. However, I am very happy to say that I had an amazing experience! In fact, my experience was the antithesis to those other reviews. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and care. This seemed quite genuine. The employee, Alondra, spent time listening to my concerns and doing her best to give me the best attention and information that I could. It turns out that I had gone through Samsung (and the Samsung system was not syncing correctly). So, using Alondra's advice, I was able to call Samsung and try to get it squared away. I then called the store and spoke with Troy. Despite Samsung's continued problems with syncing their reservation system, Troy and Alondra were able to figure everything out for me. I was amazed by the empathy that they displayed. I had driven from Palo Alto (which isn't a short drive in traffic). However, the care and attention that was shown actually blew me away! They were able to commence the repair (a complex and defective Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phone) and have it completed very quickly. The store is located in a convenient location with plenty of open parking spaces. It's located on Saich Way (right off of Stevens Creek Blvd) across the street from a Target; however, there was a lot of open, free parking. The store itself is very clean and inviting. It's basically a counter with some seating and a small retail space -- offering things like phone/tablet cases. However, it also provides a lot of information about how uBreakiFix works. All of the magic happens in the work environment areas down the short hall behind the counter. Overall, I am very pleased. It has been a long time since I felt that a business went up-and-beyond for customers like this. I thought that I might be a one-off. However, I watched how Alondra dealt with other customers. She was just as attentive with their needs and concerns as she was with me. The next time I have an item in need of a repair, I will be back! * * * * * Five VERY enthusiastic stars!

I stopped using it and started relying on my older MacBook. But then, I tried to use it again since Ai and all, and now it does not turn on without being plugged directly into the wall. I took it to Apple this time and was told to take it back to wherever I got it from. He didn't want to bad mouth them but, he said it has alot to do with the replacement parts. But pretty much they messed up my computer. The corporate office claims I can take to any ubreak bc I am not going back to Cupertino. I don't know how much restraint I would be able to have in person. Now, I have called around and gotten nowhere, other than them trying to get more money. Bc u guessed it. Even though they replacement my screen and stuff it was not on the invoice. I am going to try and be patient, but hopefully I don't gotta go up to Cupertino. I really, really, really hope not.

We called several repair shops, and this was the only one that told us the evaluation was free, so we drove a long way to bring it in. They told us they would open the computer and inspect it, but instead they powered it on immediately and left it closed. The next day, it was obvious they had not opened or inspected it at all. Then suddenly they wanted $99 just to open the back and take a look inside, which was completely different from what we had been told before. Without even opening the computer, they insisted that it would never work again and tried to sell us another laptop. The whole experience felt dishonest and honestly felt like a scam. We wasted two days driving back and forth and lost valuable time when we could have left the laptop open at home to let the moisture evaporate. The way they handled it made us feel as though they wanted the laptop to get worse so they could charge us to repair it.
