I have no clue if the manager was on a power trip or something but this was the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in a fedex to date. I came in to pick up some packages for my boyfriend whom gets his work inventory shipped every few weeks. I had all the necessary information needed as far as my identification and the package details, full tracking # etc. which I have used every other time I pick up his packages for him. The staff member who went to the back to get the package, went behind a wall (where i could still see her) to tell the manager. I hear the manager saying she wont give me the package and that he needs to be the one to pick it up . She then comes back to tell me that. I started to tell her that I have gone to several other fedex to get his packages with no issues and she cut me off before i could even get halfway through my sentence and keeps repeating(almost at yelling volume) that the manager says no and that she cant do anything. the manager says no. and just repeats this a few times. I call him immediately to let him know they were not releasing his packages. He calls them as im leaving out the door and they lied to him saying that the reason they couldn't release the package to me was because the manager wasn't there to authorize its release which is VERY interesting considering I was just there less than 3 minutes before he called and the manager was very much there in person. Unless the staff member who was "helping" me was lying... I hope this whole staff gets proper training on customer service and learn proper store practices as I have NEVER encountered this type of behavior from fedex staff. I had time to contact corporate about this so hopefully they will tighten up and act professional moving forward.

He retrieved my receipt with the proper price. But-----there was a second receipt with an added cost written in ink. When I questioned him. He said, "Oh, the alterations added more, because of the fabric." What? This was NOT his fault. I was not in real need of the short of change. As long as I work downtown (within a 20-minute walk of this location), I will come back to this location for my license renewal or other BMV needs. I arrived around 11:30am on a Thursday, and waited in line for maybe 10-15 seconds before a clerk offered to help me. Erica was friendly, courteous, and fast. The process of license renewal seems a bit more streamlined with less paperwork than I remember -- no actual "paperwork," technically, since it's all on-screen now. Including the questions and updates to my information, payment (now accepting credit cards!), the photo, and the wait for my license to be printed, the whole process took maybe five minutes, ten minutes tops. One star docked for not having a mirror available for me to primp before my license photo. True, I guess I could have pulled out my cellphone and checked myself that way, but my photo ended up looking just fine, anyway.

First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics. Michael worked with me to help source a FICM for me to buy and get my truck back up and running. he gave me the best price he could due to my unfortunate situation with the Post Office. overall it was above and beyond customer service, he really tried to help anyway he could. a bad experience with the post office and i'll never ship a package with them again. but a great experience with Michael @ Re-Circuit electronics
