Place is a dump. Manager smells like a distillery and I must say, it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a disorganized store that looked like it hadn't been cleaned or restocked in weeks. Shelves were empty, and what little stock there was seemed outdated and in poor condition. Customer service was another letdown. I struggled to find an employee to help me, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful and seemed more interested in their phone than assisting me. I had a simple question about a product, and instead of providing information, they shrugged it off and told me to "just check online." The pricing was also not competitive at all. I found similar items at other stores for significantly less, which was frustrating. To top it off, the checkout process was painfully slow. Only one register was open, and the cashier was clearly overwhelmed and not very friendly. Overall, my experience at Staples was extremely disappointing. I left feeling frustrated and regretting my choice to shop there. I won't be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience. This location used to have a mega responsive and knowledgeable staff. I utilized this location numerous times for a variety of services from copying documents, computer and printer sales and general product needs. I recently called to inquire a particular project I'm working on and the lady who answered me had no idea of the service or really anything about the store. I don't know if she was new or what to really take away from the interaction. I called FedEx in town and I've discovered they offer the same service at a lower price! read more

Staples rocks! I have used this store for sign printing for my business (often on a tight timeframe), copies, basic office supplies and purchasing ink and new printers. Their rewards program can't be beat; I currently have coupons waiting to be spent on future purchases. Because I am a business level rewards member, I get free next day shipping to either my home or work address (items arrive by courier). This is great if I am pressed for time and need ink and don't have the ability to run across town. You can order online from in the store or from their app or via the website; I have done all three, and it is easy! read more

Walked in to get a a relatively common battery and couldn't find it in their tiny battery display... Had to wait at least five minutes for one of their two workers for assistance and eventually was told that I would need to go to Walmart to get the battery I needed...I am now at Walmart which has the battery ... read more

we got into town and needed to make copies for our presentation so i googled staples and was relieved to find one about a mile away from campus. i made my copies with no problems. my friend needed to get something off her flash drive and the lady in the copy center was super nice about getting it off for her and printing her a copy. she also gave us boxes to put all of our copies in. i would keep coming to this staples just for that lady :) read more
