Best laundromat I've been in. Seriously. Sure, I've been in your standard big-college-town "Soap & Suds" concepts (bar & laundromat combo). This one here is immaculate, high-tech, and features a dryer so big as to have a notice affixed above-head warning would-be "Dryer Riders" of the probability of their being talked to by Johnny Law when the CCTV cameras capture the rogue riders and give the footage to BGPD. Wifi signal is strong. Soap and Softener vending machines stocked. Nice waiting area complete with tables and booths. Sure - I could have used the hotel washer/dryer - but that would have taken three times as long - and would not have been this nice! read more

Dryers don't dry. Spent almost 20 dollars on two baskets of laundry because of these stupid machines and wasted my time. Terrible seating options. Bathroom smelled like a urinal cake with pee in both toilet and the urinal. Duane K.- couldn't figure out how to DM but my card was 006000065419. My clothes are still damp even though i split my batch up into 3 and dried them 30 min each. 1 cycle medium 2 cycles hot. One dryer for 40 minutes and didn't feel like spending more money. First time I had to use laundromat service and I was not disappointed. The equipment were clean and Functioning smoothly, no issues at all. Some were newer and it made my task shorter and I was able to get out much quicker than I anticipated. The place was very clean and well-maintained. read more

It is very clean but the washers smell from not be allowed to dry. I air dried some of my clothing and they ended up smelling like mildew... The dryers only dry in 10 minute increments which makes it really annoying because it usually takes 3 cycles to get dry, so you have to remember to get up and reset the dryer every 10 minutes. They are very large though so you could easily wash a large load of linens if needed (just be prepared for extra dry cycles). My family prefers to wash leggings in cold water on gentle, but the gentle setting is set to warm, which I dislike. There are many washer and dryers so you can get all your laundry done in a little over an hour. Overall its an OK laundromat and it gets the job done but there are some small details I wish were different. read more

Laundromat Heaven!!! I can't believe how great this place is. First of all, it's immaculate, washers are dryers are pristine and everything is reasonably priced. Instead of carrying a ton of quarters with you, they have a card system that you put money on. You use it for the washers, dryers and the vending machines. Very easy. The staff is helpful and polite. You can tell they want you to have a great experience AT A LAUNDROMAT!. I wish more businesses were run this way. read more

Overall, LMARIES is a good place to get your laundry done. The washers and dryers are modern, large, and they work well. The laundry card pay system is also a plus, as no coins are needed. There are also plenty of tables for customers to sit at while waiting for their laundry. The first time I used this laundromat, the owner was very helpful and even loaded an extra $5 onto my card. The only reasons I didn't give LMARIES five stars is because of the inferior WiFi and the lack of outlets for customers who want to plug in their laptops. My wife and I have both experienced a very poor WiFi signal each time we've been there, and it's hard to get anything done online during our one-hour stay. There is also only one small outlet among all the tables, and we are generally unable to sit close enough to it to plug in our laptops. The above issues aside, LMARIES is the best laundromat we've found in Bowling Green, and the environment is unmatched. read more

Okay, first things first, this laundromat CAN NOT accommodate large groups, like these fake posters are posting. Secondly, all the machines require you to load cash on a card. None of the machines take coins. Not a single one of them. That's an issue for me, since I came with a roll of quarters and no cash. Third, I usually go to laundromats at night, and this location is not conducive to doing this. Unless you enjoy being bombarded with a million drunk college students, that is. I don't know if I'll be back. There's plenty of other laundromats in BG who take quarters who I can give my money to. read more

Stopped here with a group of like 100 people and the staff was very calm and helpful despite the heavy traffic. The washers and dryers worked excellently and I definitely enjoyed the vending machines and game tables that they had for us to use while we waited for our clothes to finish. It's located in a really nice part of town with lots of shopping and food opportunities nearby. My wife and needed to lander some sleeping bags and blankets after a very wet camping trip. We thought of LMARIES for two reasons: 1: I normally ship from the Fedex location two shops down from here, and I had a laptop that needed sent out. 2: THE BEST Dairy Queen is just across the railroad tracks from here. When we got to LMARIES we found a Very clean, well lit facility with plenty of available machines. The managers (owners?) of the facility introduced themselves to us, showed us how everything worked, and provided pointers as to how to best care for our sleeping bags. On top of all of this, they even have available WiFi that actually works. We couldnot have been more pleased with the experience. Well done! read more

I recently spent a great deal of money to wash clothes, blankets, and two sleeping bags at LMARIES. I was very disappointed in the results. First off, many of my items were still soaking wet when I got them out to the washer. It was obvious the spin cycle was not effective. I then made sure to space out my items in the dryer and dried them all on delicate to prevent any damage from the dryers. When I got my items out of the dryer, I discovered that several of my items were burnt. I was very shocked and upset because I had followed the cleaning instructions on every time that was burnt. I had also made sure that no dryer was over stuffed. Every item had room to tumble. I then filed a complaint with LMARIES. I had to email Duane (the same Duane that gave this establishment 5 stars) and call twice in order to get any response. After all that, he said the only thing he could do is credit my LMARIES card with the cost of the washing for one item. He did not even acknowledge that items were burnt in several different dryers. On top of all that, he was very rude in his email and did not even have the decency to return my calls and speak with me. I have several other complaints about LMARIES. In order to use their machines, you must load money onto a LMARIES card. It is impossible to use this money up completely because it must be put on the card in whole dollar amounts, but the cost of washing and drying is not whole dollar amounts. Also, a previous time I attended LMARIES I had a timer for my clothes. The timer had just gone off, and I was walking back to get my clothes from the dryer when I saw an attendant already doing so. I thought this was very rude and unnecessary because I had been waiting, and the clothes could not have been done longer than 2 minutes. If you want to affordably wash clothes without having them get damaged and without being disrespected by the staff, do not use LMARIES. Also, do not let the positive rating Duane gave persuade you to do business here. He is rating his own establishment, so of course he would give it 5 stars. read more

I stopped to do our laundry at Lmaries while on a three week camping trip. On a very dark and rainy day, I walked into this spacious, bright and impeccably clean laundromat. There were several rows of large capacity washers and a wall full of dryers. It was the first time I had ever been to a laudromat where a card system was used. The owner was there doing maintenance work and quickly gave me the information I needed. He was such a nice and helpful man and I could tell he took great pride in his business. The washers were extra large, late model and very efficient. The dryers were just as good. I went there with two fellow campers I was traveling with and we were all very impressed with this establishment. The business also offered free wifi to help fill the time waiting for our clothes. There was a Dairy Queen across the street so we enjoyed ice cream at one of the tables in the laudromat. It was a very pleasant experience which brightened up a very rainy day. read more

This is a good laundromat. A bit on the pricey side, however, it looks "modern," free Wi-Fi, a huge dryer available, and the machines look to be well taken care of. There is no need to take a roll of quarters here, as it all uses a pre-paid card system. You put money in a machine at the back of the store, and out pops a plastic, re-loadable "debit card" that you swipe at everything in the place; washers, dryers, vending machines, a computer, and laundry detergent/bleach/dryer sheets/etc. dispenser. It also is loaded with security cameras, which provides a good sense of protection for you and your clothes. read more
