She said "Oh, he doesn't work here anymore!". Good, mean people sometimes have lots if issues, but how unfortunate that those one stars are there, I think this place is great! SUPER CLEAN, lots if options in machine sizes, a (small) rinse sink ... just really quality which I'm so thankful for when it comes to putting my clothes into machines and on folding tables. Put them in dryer only at 8 pm. The place doesn't close until 9, it only takes me 30 mins to dry. The man in the picture was talking crap comparing the laundromat to a restaurant. I was like WTF. It is apparently too inconvenience for him when someone show up to pick up their dry laundry at 8:45. He had to re-mopped the one space I walk in, it was 2 foot long. Hence, if you show up around 8:00 when this man is working, go somewhere else that will appreciate your patronage. He is a racist, he try to compare the laundromat to a Chinese restaurant, just because I have black hair doesn't mean I'm Chinese, racist

She would lock us out before the actual closing time, while our clothes were still in the dryer drying. We would have to call the number on the window and she would answer and say "I thought you guys were not going to show up"(the call was before 8pm/closing time). They close at 8pm but if you walk in at 7:04pm you were not allowed to wash since they were "closing" because no one was in there. We are Hispanics and she would treat us very very different from the other customers whom would walk in while we were in there (white customers). Very polite to everyone but us. Rita would never great us nor ever have conversations like she would with everyone else. Yes she has great washing machines and dryers but her personality and attitude towards us would make us feel so uneasy and unwelcoming. We eventually stopped being customers there and would drive the 30 min to bowling green to use other laundromats. If you are people of color please avoid this place.
