This place is the best! Prior to Perrsyburg, I lived in Boston for a few years where I was getting dry-cleaning pretty regularly. I've had dry cleaning at Sunny's a few times now, including 2 wool coats (men's & women's), cashmere scarves, men's 2 piece suit. The cleaning itself is thorough and without any damage. (I was told at a small dry-cleaners Boston that my women's wool coat could never be dry cleaned because the buckles required extra care and the black color might bleed, while another place in Boston charged a ton to clean it). Sunny's has never given me an issue with the same coat, and charged me an EXTREMELY reasonable price. The service lady who works at the counter is so nice, and is very knowledgeable about fabrics and cleaning. I recently needed a 2 piece suit men's suit cleaned right away for my husband, and she charged me the same regular price for having it ready for the next day..the NEXT DAY! It was even ready a few hours prior to when she had said. I would've paid an arm/limb/and then some for that kind of service in a big city. Plus I used a 20% coupon from the Valu-Pak. So they are great at dry cleaning, very respectful, great prices, plus have coupons, timely service. Everyone should come here. I asked the girl at the desk to confirm that they were closing at 10:00p, as stated on their signs inside and on all their online guides, and she responded affirmatively. Upon my return at 9:00pm, I find that the establishment has been closed, and no one inside. As I sit at the store front in my car, writing this review, I have to wonder how difficult it would have been to give me a call on the number they took down from me at the point of sale to inform me that they were, in fact, not closing at 10:00p, but at some earlier time that was not the 10:00p that had been told to me by the employee that handled by order, and that it would behoove me to come along at pick up my laundry before that time. Now, I'm faced with the absurd decision whether to change my flight for some clothes, or kiss the clothes I left in their annoyingly incapable hands, along with the $15 I put down in order to secure this subpar service, goodbye. I love a small business, and I hate talking foul them, but this place needs to get it together. If you expect people to pay you for a service you claim to provide, it would be in the best interest of your business to keep up your end of the deal. With that said, don't waste your gas, money, or energy on this place. Wash your clothes yourself. Put them in dryer only at 8 pm. The place doesn't close until 9, it only takes me 30 mins to dry. The man in the picture was talking crap comparing the laundromat to a restaurant. I was like WTF. It is apparently too inconvenience for him when someone show up to pick up their dry laundry at 8:45. He had to re-mopped the one space I walk in, it was 2 foot long. Hence, if you show up around 8:00 when this man is working, go somewhere else that will appreciate your patronage.
