The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. Everyone has their own horror stories about standing in line at the local post office during the…read moreholiday season. Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.

The latest Fed Ex failure is driving me to add and rate them. APRIL 2023 Shipment required signature and originally scheduled for Wed delivery. I made arrangements for work to be home for the delivery. THEN I received an email that the shipment was delayed and would arrive on Thursday so made arrangements for Thursday. Then I went home Wed and a sticker was on the door that stated the package arrived but they could not leave, and would deliver Thursday. Delivery driver never pressed doorbell or I would have answered on my phon and asked to wait as I work 5 minutes away. I never received an a text the delivery would arrive noting I signed up for the service, albeit Wed. I tried to call and speak to a human and struggled. Eventually did after allot of effort. She asked if I wanted to pick up only to learn after she checked that the Bowling Green facility was not open Wed. She gave me an address but difficult to understand her so gave up and said I will be home Thursday. VERY INEFFICIENT.
