Whatever arrangement is in place between Amazon and UPS makes it super easy to return Amazon orders…read morethat don't work out for whatever reason. Now you don't even need original packaging. As long as you show up with an authorized Amazon return and can pull up a QR code, UPS will scan it and pack it up for return to Amazon. Today, I returned an item that was fully packaged, in addition to a blazer that I had no packaging for, and yet UPS packaged it up in a plastic bag and provided me a receipt. There wasn't a line and it was super easy! Plus, the staff member who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It's a great value from Amazon and UPS as there was no charge for the returns. Definitely recommend this UPS location, which has the most extended hours locally!
