Maybe 2 computers and mostly self service stations. Staff is usually young college staff because yeah near the campus. Some friendly, some not. Maybe 2 staff there at one time so don't go during.peak hours if you need assistance. Limited parking on a side street. Prices to print a copy is about $.22 per page so reasonable unless you need to print alot of items or ship something. Most folks can do alot of things on their own computers. Not to mention the library lets you print alot of items for free around here. Sorry to see alot of these places go out of business. It still comes in handy in a pinch.

Midway through the scan, the window disappeared. Because of the software FedEx installs, I couldn't use task manager to close the program. Because of same, I couldn't logout and start over while a program was running. I asked for help and they did a hard restart. Except they forgot to actually restart, they just switched it off. After two minutes, I had to ask them how to turn on the computer. Finally, I got my pages scanned. I gave them an extra star because the woman who helped me was very friendly and refunded a bunch of money.

The UPS Store hooked me up with an envelope for $1.00 (they actually price the envelopes at 93 cents so with the tax of 7 cents it is an even $1 which I think is smart & wish more retailers/restaurants did this). The worker scanned my barcode, threw the item into the envelope, slapped the label on it (that he printed) and I was out the door. I think the entire encounter probably took 90 seconds. It was a great experience that I just had to share. I have gone to this store before in the past to return some items to AT&T and had a similarly easy and quick experience. I highly recommend this location. FYI - they also apparently offer notary services if you ever need that!

She was not helpful at all assisting us and after her counterpart could see she was quite rude, she recommended that she give us the UPS telephone number. I could not read the numbers and ask for clarification. She was very rude and refused to help at all. I asked for her name and she asked why. I told her I would be contacting the franchise owner to complain about the rudeness and poor service. She was not comfortable giving her name. She has reddish short hair and does not wear glasses. Don't waist your time with this franchise. The service at the Monroe location is amazing. We won't be back.

Insanely, crazily overpriced shipping…read more Having one casual cotton dress (at the most 1 pound) shipped to California, Chad, quoted 44.81. At first, he didn't want to explain the fees or break out of fees saying "he couldn't", but after pressing for some clarification to better understand why the cost was so high, he agreed to "get the package" to find out (this was the big hang up as to why he couldn't explain the fee breakdown? We had been talking a while, he asked my name and already had my name and package / shipping info in front of him on the computer, no?). Turns out he was charging $8.41 cents for a box and $35.40 for the UPS ground rate (still doesn't add up to 44.81, maybe $1 processing fee? But he doesn't mention it). The real rate for ground shipping according to my UPS account is $19.86. He says something about a "hanger" being the issue. But the $19.86 actual cost above is calculated for the size of box (and up to 7 lbs) he claims he was using *with* hanger (20 x 14 x 4). So, I call bs on that one... and we're still talking a 75-77% mark up. Bear in mind throughout our talk he keeps putting me on hold, never seeming to do any of these calculations in real time, which gives me pause as to how these prices are calculated (is this a negotiation? Am I buying used car?). This time when he comes back he says he thinks he can get rid of the hanger and ship in a medium flat rate box (postal rate is with USPS FREE provided box -- for retail and commercial -- $13.60) is -- wait for it --- $20.64. This time a more modest 65% mark up. I understand that in the business of franchising shipping centers like this, mark-ups are at play, but this particular franchise is excessive. I know real rates and when someone is trying to pull a con. After our interaction about inflated shipping costs, this isn't someone I would feel comfortable giving my credit card number to over the phone. Beware.
