Whatever arrangement is in place between Amazon and UPS makes it super easy to return Amazon orders that don't work out for whatever reason. Now you don't even need original packaging. As long as you show up with an authorized Amazon return and can pull up a QR code, UPS will scan it and pack it up for return to Amazon. Today, I returned an item that was fully packaged, in addition to a blazer that I had no packaging for, and yet UPS packaged it up in a plastic bag and provided me a receipt. There wasn't a line and it was super easy! Plus, the staff member who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It's a great value from Amazon and UPS as there was no charge for the returns. Definitely recommend this UPS location, which has the most extended hours locally! read more

We attempted to drop off an Amazon return and were greeted by a young lady who stated she was having a terrible day. It went down hill from there. She was not helpful at all assisting us and after her counterpart could see she was quite rude, she recommended that she give us the UPS telephone number. I could not read the numbers and ask for clarification. She was very rude and refused to help at all. I asked for her name and she asked why. I told her I would be contacting the franchise owner to complain about the rudeness and poor service. She was not comfortable giving her name. She has reddish short hair and does not wear glasses. Don't waist your time with this franchise. The service at the Monroe location is amazing. We won't be back. read more

I have been a customer at this UPS on Executive Parkway in Toledo for years. Today's experience taught me not to go back. The person who waited on me could not have been ruder. Before I was even allowed to speak he told me my return had to be boxed up and taped. Actually it did not. Since he was so rude I asked for someone else to help me. He was the owner and he would have to wait on me. He didn't need to tell me he was the owner. I could not have cared less. I don't care if he's the President. You treat me bad I don't patronize your business. I did have something else to return. I had the box but no tape. He refused to tape it, saying I would have to buy the tape. This has never happened before. I don't mind taping it myself, I've never had to before. For 12 inches of tape he lost a good customer. read more

I had an item to return to Amazon. Amazon sent me a barcode via email and I took the item to the UPS Store on Executive Parkway without outside packaging. The UPS Store hooked me up with an envelope for $1.00 (they actually price the envelopes at 93 cents so with the tax of 7 cents it is an even $1 which I think is smart & wish more retailers/restaurants did this). The worker scanned my barcode, threw the item into the envelope, slapped the label on it (that he printed) and I was out the door. I think the entire encounter probably took 90 seconds. It was a great experience that I just had to share. I have gone to this store before in the past to return some items to AT&T and had a similarly easy and quick experience. I highly recommend this location. FYI - they also apparently offer notary services if you ever need that! read more

She looked at us shrugged her shoulders to every question and went back to doing whatever she was doing. THE! WORST! Despite signage all over the location about how employees are wearing masks to protect their customers, the employee was mask free and walking throughout the store. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, it was my turn to check out - the maskless employee looked at me and randomly stated "I am going to help her next" referring to someone that came into the store well after I had and who had been using the computer. No question about who was next and no apology for not knowing who should be next - just a rude employee who, based on behavior contrary to the signs that appear in her place of business, doesn't care for the well-being of their customers. read more

When I came in on Thurdsay 2-24-2022, there was an employee yelling in the back to another employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... When the one being yelled at walked away to help another person in line she was followed by the one yelling. The one yelling said I am not done, and the one that walked away said that there was nothing she could do. I REALLY hope that the one yelling is NOT a manager because talking to your employees like that is not professional and not with being there. On a side note, the lady helping me at the counter while this was going on was nice and helpful. She apologized for the actions of her co worker. After calling on Monday and told they could assist, I stopped by the store yesterday to ship an 8 x 10 rug purchased through Overstock. Unfortunately the package had been opened and needed re-wrapped. When I arrived on Tuesday evening, the clerk was rude and laughed when I told her my mission to return the rug. When I asked what she suggested I do, she laughed again and said, "I have no idea". Considering shipping is their main priority. . .seems like there was a better answer. Will be going back in a few days, getting my St. Nicholas Day packages out to my children all over the country. Last year, I was desperate and running late and called to be sure of their closing time. I had to call twice (turns out they were pretty busy) but when the phone was answered the young woman assured me she would be willing to stay up to 10 minutes after closing to be sure I got my packages there. I was only a few minutes late, she was there and gave me no grief but was cheerful and helpful. I was extremely grateful to get the packages out that day. The people there have always been helpful to me the past 3 years or so that I've been using that site. I ship 3 or 4 times a year - Valentine's Day, Easter, St. Nicholas Day, Christmas every other year. read more
