I know what to expect. I think my expectations are pretty simple, but so many people fail at the most basic responsibilities in this field. I have been working with Kim at The Image Group for over 2 years now. Honestly, I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. She is always on top of any requests that I have for new products. She has also come to my rescue when a reorder from a different company that I no longer used completely dropped the ball. I am always grateful for her wonderful customer service and attention to detail. The Image Group is a pretty solid organization. They stay on top of whatever laws are passed in California that would impact their clients. They work with vendors that go through the proper procedures to meet those laws and prevent future issues with product liability. The prices are also pretty competitive. Every year, they have a vendor fair at their HQ in Holland, Ohio for all of their clients. It's a great opportunity to see products, meet vendors and get ideas. Kim (or whoever the representative might be) has taken me on tours of their building & warehouse.
