I have been working with Kim at The Image Group for over 2 years now. Honestly, I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. She is always on top of any requests that I have for new products. She has also come to my rescue when a reorder from a different company that I no longer used completely dropped the ball. I am always grateful for her wonderful customer service and attention to detail. The Image Group is a pretty solid organization. They stay on top of whatever laws are passed in California that would impact their clients. They work with vendors that go through the proper procedures to meet those laws and prevent future issues with product liability. The prices are also pretty competitive. Every year, they have a vendor fair at their HQ in Holland, Ohio for all of their clients. It's a great opportunity to see products, meet vendors and get ideas. Kim (or whoever the representative might be) has taken me on tours of their building & warehouse.

I purchased a print online as a Christmas gift under the assumption that it would come framed…read more Much to my dismay, it did not and I had to do some last minute scrambling to find a frame shop that would be able to accommodate irregular dimensions (20x22). I called the Frame Shop and was assured that the framing of my print would not be a problem, nor expensive. I dropped it off that day and, despite the fact that this is the busiest time of year for them, my custom made frame was ready the very next day. I received a very nice text notification from the owner to let me know that my item was ready for pick up. I could not be more impressed with the excellent and prompt service I received. My framed print came out absolutely perfect! I am so excited to give this gift to my best friend.
