They didn't charge us extra to get them quickly, they were in constant contact with us throughout, and got the order done a day early. Everyone was happy with the final product. BY FAR, the most comfortable T-Shirt that I own is my "You will do better in Toledo" number from JupMode. This thing is so incredibly soft, that it actually feels good to wear. The material IS a little on the thin side, which is probably part of why it's so comfortable. Although the material is thin, I've had mine for about 2 years and it's still in good shape. Actually, I bought it in "large" and "XL," because I wasn't sure which size would fit better; even the tighter one is very comfortable. I'd love to see it in a V-Neck style, just for the added comfort. Speaking of V-Necks, I bought the "Vintage Toledo V-Neck" for the wife. She loves the way it fits and she looks sexy as hell in it! JupMode features many cool styles and (somewhat historical) designs. If you're nostalgic for Toledo the way you remember it, and/or, you believe this town has a bright future, you should definitely stop by the website (or the truck) and drop some coin. I have been buying shirts from them for the past 5 years , wide selection and are so unique ! They wear well , I have a buckeye beer shirt wear it regular for the past few years that just gets better with each wash. Cool vintage look that support Toledo and surrounding areas. I entered a contest a few years ago on fb and my dog even won a sweatshirt from them! With COVID 19 they are limiting the amount of people in the stores and are taking precautions which I appreciate! Oh my goodness. Only giving this place 2 stars because of the cute shirts and other miscellaneous items they have! Unfortunately, I walked out without buying anything today because the salesperson helping me was SO beyond rude. Seriously Jupmode, check your employees. Kari has to be the worst retail employee I have EVER encountered. The constant eye rolls and attitude I received from her while asking simple questions was, quite honestly, something I have never experienced while talking to a stranger before. And THEN when all was said and done, she proceeded to turn around and very obviously talk about me with her coworker behind the register. This girl needs to be let go immediately, she is not fit for face to face customer interaction. I never write reviews and I am what I consider an easy going person, but I had to make a yelp account specifically to document this crazy interaction I had today. I will be back because everything was SO extremely cute, but hopefully it is on a day that Kari is not working! I grew up in Toledo and currently live in Washington, DC. I was recently in town visiting family and stopped by Jupmode's store. I own 8 shirts and 3 sweatshirts from there. Needless to say, I love representing my hometown. I normally don't leave reviews but felt compelled to. The customer service was absolutely top notch! WORST. T-SHIRT MAKER. IN THE COUNTRY. Lawsuit pending? I had a two-part 'deal' with Jupmode to make custom T-shirts - "merch" to accompany my RECORD RELEASE. They screwed up the order four times (4!), botching the centering, then the font, then the font AGAIN, and then the centering AGAIN - resulting in 3 MONTHS of wasted time and energy for me and HUNDREDS OF SHIRTS LOST for them. THEN, owner JOHN AMATO decided to refund me for the second half of my project - HE GAVE UP. Two yards before the endzone of a long, grueling campaign, and after a huge amount of work (and mistakes) from his assistant Tara. HE NEVER COMPLETED THE ORDER, BUT KEPT THE MONEY FOR THE FIRST HALF OF A BUSTED PROJECT. When he couldn't get the shirts right, rather than see the project through one way or another, he just decided to TUCK HIS TAIL and run for cover, abandoning this independent artist just trying to make a living and fulfill a creative dream. Buy local they said....support the local businesses. Yeah well, with that comes greed, as this is America after all. I bought a crew neck sweatshirt for 30 dollars last year, and this year I was incredibly disappointed to see that the same sweatshirt at maker's mart was now 40 dollars this year. That's a 33% increase in just 12 months. The truth is, this was one of the companies I was comfortable buying with as I thought they had reasonable prices. But in reality it looks like they were just delayed on raping local patrons. Granted, if the sweatshirt was 40 to begin with, i may have still bought it. However, its the fact that they knew they could get more money out of their customers, so they took the opportunity. I would rather not support that moto. Makers mart is a joke anyway. Just a bunch of people with a little talent that think their product is worth 10 times its actual value. 50 dollars for a knitted sign with funny quotes (that were actually very funny ) nah, I'll learn to sew for that price. I'll never buy anything from jupmode again. The shirts are thinner than a pair of pantyhose and wear out quickly. The "You will do better in Toledo" shirt is a slap in the face of the city. Taking a piece of junk Tshirt and putting a marketable slogan on it is just wrong. read more
