I advised the service person who assisted me that I was turning this leased car in, in approximately 5 months. He continued to tell me that all my other tires were "terrible" and that I should get every tire replaced because it's likely that the leasing company will require it or "ding" me if I turn the car in with bad tires. Mind you, there is only 33,000 miles on this car, and of the 10 vehicles I have leased in the past 20 years, not once have I ever been dinged for tires or required to replace the tires. Throughout his consult with me, the service attendant kept trying to get to me get all new tires...I mean, come on guy, read the room! I don't want or need all new tires for a car I am going to turn in soon! He told me that they would get the tire on and have me out in 30 minutes, and that they would put the spare tire back in it's holding cavity underneath my hatchback floor and I could be on my way. They did indeed get me on my way in about 37 minutes. About a mile from leaving the establishment, my tire pressure monitor tells me that the new tire has 26 lbs of pressure in it. However, the other three tires on my car are set at 35 lbs of pressure. Huh? Why didn't they fill it to 35 lbs to match the other tires? That evening, I stopped at Kroger to purchase groceries, and when I lifted my hatchback to load them into the back, there it was: the spare tire and all of its parts and screws, not put back away as I was assured it would be. Frustrating! Come on people, deliver what you say you would deliver! Good points about this establishment is very courteous customer service and speedy service. Bad points are described above. My car drives noticeably rougher and I need to investigate if I should fill my "new tire" with 35 lbs of pressure to match the other tires.

I had a group order and wanted to use local. I'd heard of Jupmode and decided to take my custom shirt design in and get a quote. My first customer service person was Vince. He downloaded the design while I was in the store, and told me the available dimensions. I also was able to see how sizes were running since they sell the shirts in store, and see how large the design would look for the finished product. Vince was very professional and helpful, he answered all questions and kept me informed on each process. I needed sizes Med-5X and was able to get all sizes with no problem. I was only required to purchase 12 items for a minimum order and that was with a mixture of all sizes. I didn't need a minimum for both regular and plus sizes. My order was done a week early and I had over the minimum and reached the number needed for a price break. My group and myself loved our t shirts and crew neck sweaters. The design placement was perfect, the fit was great, everyone liked the feel and quality of the fabric. Vince and the staff of Jupmode were fantastic from start to finish. I have worn their shirts, store bought and custom designed, for years, and they are my favorite. Always big on softness and nostalgia for Toledo, Ohio, Michigan, and other locations I know and love. We initially looked into Jupmode based on a couple people's recommendations on the quality of the sweatshirts they had. Our first order was small and a rush job (needed them in a week). They didn't charge us extra to get them quickly, they were in constant contact with us throughout, and got the order done a day early. Everyone was happy with the final product. I ordered the Channel 13, 75th anniversary shirts and was surprised. Expecting just 2 cotton t-shirts I opened the bag and here are shirts made of the softest material that I love. I have only found t-shirts like this when we do the golf show in Foxbourgh. They are so comfortable to wear keep you cool in the heat and comfortable in the cool weather.
