From day one, Tim was professional in asking the right questions and through the process, was understanding and prompt with responses to my questions (I had a lot). Even when I had a few additional questions after my project was done, Tim provided valuable insight and explanation with things that I lacked education on. This and much more of my experience with Tim was worth the investment I made with him! I will most likely utilize Tim again in the future and I would absolutely recommend him, his talents and great service!

I absolutely love the high quality and the designs are great! They also give generously to our community in so many ways. Rex and Mindy come into my STEM class and talked to my students about their previous and current careers, what it's like to own a business and what goes into creating high quality designs. They also work with my students to design spirit wear for our fundraisers. Generous is an understatement when describing Big Daddy Graphics. I will always go to them for my spirit wear!

After feeling brushed off elsewhere, Jenni and Kayla stepped in and were amazing from the very first conversation. They treated our project like it actually mattered, even though it was on the smaller side. No attitude, no short emails, no making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Just genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to help. Their design team designed our event tickets with creativity and care, walked us through options, and made the whole process easy. Customer service was top tier and the final product turned out better than we even pictured. It honestly felt like working with family. If you want someone who's responsive, talented, and actually excited to bring your vision to life, SLI Custom Designs is the way to go. Highly recommend.
