1. Extremely overpriced. I found the backpack I was looking for here for $90, but it was $60 and $50 at 2 nearby stores. 2. I went in to look for a keyboard and 3 sales people ignored me and my request for help while they clustered around one person who was trying to decide on which computer to buy. I told the manager I was very unhappy with the service, but received no response. 3. Then, when I went a third time to look at computers. Two salespeople immediately approached me. While I was trying to read the descriptions about processors and processing speed, screen resolution, graphics cards, RAM and hard drive space, the salesman told me that I should be trying to choose a computer based on how the keyboard feels! What? It was so patronizing and ridiculous, I had to turn around and leave the store. read more

Citizens Bank used to run an ad depicting random instances where they would go the extra mile for a customer. This Staples store will never be able to reproduce such ads. Kim, a manager in the Print & Marketing Department, had an easy opportunity to fulfill a wish for a paying customer but out of sheer laziness, she passe. It also seems like​ Kim and her employees have a propensity for referring most phone calls​ to the website. In my case, I haven't found a solution online. read more

Don't bother. Worst customer service. We got what we came in for, which was to print a few sheets of paper. HOWEVER, while standing at the printer center for ten minutes and not being acknowledge and the manger on walking by us twice I had to loudly say Hello? Jay the manager continued to take up Kim's time instead of lettering her address customers. We are pleased to say Josh went out of his way to ensure we were all set when he passed by us later on. Jay didn't set a good customer service example for anyone, it was clear it's not a priority. The customer behind us was getting frustrated his order was not ready. Sad, Bedford probably gives the store good business. Imagine how much more if they put service first. read more

Called for help with instore print services. Was immediately directed to website. If the answers were there, I wouldn't be calling. The customer service I was subject to is the exact reason actual stores are going out of business. Judging by the other reviews for this store, some intervention needs to take place. Ordered an item for pick up in store. Paid $225. They stated that it would be ready in one hour. Fast forward to three hours later.... I finally get an email to pick up my item. After picking up my item and returning home, I realize that the item was in the store for $199. I tried numerous times to cal the store and the call would never go through. Called the customer service number on the website and they stated that there was nothing that they could do to adjust the price. I had them transfer for me t the store to resolve the issue since my calls wouldn't go through. The associate that I spoke with in the store said that he could process a return over the phone and reorder the item for the lower price over the phone but would have to verify with a manager first. The associate came back and stated that the manager needed me to come back in the store to process this. I told him that it was ludicrous for me to drive an hour round trip to do this. He said that there was nothing that they could do over the phone. I am appalled at the level of customer service that I received today. read more

Poor service and the employees are like robots. I actually had to leave the store because they were not willing to assist me and kept coming up with excuse after excuse. Finally left and went to Manchester store where they were able to help me. Would not even give them 1 star if able to not. read more

I was sent here from the Manchester store because they were out of stock on a sale price item. The manager refused to sell me the item at the advertised price and seemed generally uninterested in helping.
